The driver doing delivery is from Door Dash, mistake #1. He came with no cash for change. I should have tipped (drivers should carry change for a 20). Bad form. Mistake #2 no one at the store answering the phone. Tipping online was not readily available so I will skip Pizza Hut in the future. The delivery mare me feel ripped off.

I stay the street over from pizza hut. The food I got last night for my family was unbelievable cold and tasted like it was made hours ago and reheated to the point of the $40 I just spent to get the food went in the trash and I had to go back out just to get food for my family. I greatly appreciate you McDonald's for being farthest from my house and give me hot food.Parking: Kerry forest

I wish I could give them a negative rating. I ordered two pasta dishes and bread sticks. They were out of the pasta. Are delivery time was set for 7:07 pm. Was on hold for 30 minutes just to find out that we weren't going to get are order. And was lied to by the associate saying she called us but she never did. Domino's will be my go to for pizza for now on

Your website literally sucks! I have ordered from pizza hut for probably 20 years and this last year the website changed and it is terrible. I end up having to call in the order. FIX IT!
