Super polite at this location.
She was nice. Normally they are mean to me when I go to get food, but this last lady was nice and she was polite. It takes less energy to be nice then it does to act hateful and mean to people picking up food to be delivered. I'll be honest here, the restaurants who act mean like that, I decline orders when it shows up on my doordash screen.
I hate being treated rude, it's a pet peeve of mine, and I can't stand it, if you're nice, I don't even mind if the order takes a while, as long as you're nice to me and talk to me in a polite manner. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. So the last time I was there this lady was actually very nice and that's how it should be all the time. I believe that some people just should not be in the customer service industry at all. If you can't be nice to customers and people who pick up food then work alone. I love nice polite people of all color.❤️

They jacked up the price. Got 3 wing dinner cost $12+. Reciept said wing, leg and thigh. Did not get 2nd order right. Service was poor. Cashier yelled at me.

the counters in the back are so dirty I can't even describe it, everywhere is covered in grease and a lot of dried dirt, either there is no manager in this restaurant or there is a manager and he is not doing his job, you should definitely check this place out, you will understand what I am trying to say very well

The chickens on the counter are uncovered, and many people come in with their feet dusty, that was my last statement, a place I will never go to from now on..

Don’t even try to visit this place. The manager is screaming to customers through the speaker and to employees in the store. The cashier in front barely paid attention to me. I was standing there for at least a good 12 minutes. This is at 1:30 in the afternoon, I don’t recommend this place garbage place garbage people

Was pretty quick even though they were busy. Fries came out fresh and the chicken was fresh too. Overall, it was great. I don't usually have problems at this location and they're quick to fix problems if you do have one. One of the better Popeyes around. Only problem is it may be a bit hard to turn left into it and the parking lot is kinda small.

Parking: Not many spaces and if drive thru backs up it may be hard to get out but that rarely happens.

People at this restaurant don’t want to work. There will be 5 workers in there laughing and talking while there’s 6 cars in the drive through. I ordered online and after 20 minutes went to get my food and was in the line for 35 minutes the inside was closed so I ended up just leaving along with a few other cars . So irritating. If you don’t want to do your job don’t apply it’s that simple. And this has happened to me before and they’ll never get the order correct! Never will be at this store again!

Staff talks way too much. They do not greet you when you enter the restaurant and leave you standing there for about 10 minutes while they discuss not working late and what employee needs to leave to go and pick up another employee for work.
Staff walking around with ear buds in their ears. The manager did tell that employee that he would be promoted to customer if she had to tell him to take those earbuds out again while he was on the clock.
