I order from here often, and it comes with a few flaws...
I list specific sauces in my order and I'm given the incorrect ones every time. I also order Mac N Cheese, which is an upcharge on my order and they do NOT fill the cup up all the way, leaving half of it empty.
The food is delicious and made well when it is served fully and correctly.
The food was good, but it took a while to get it.

This place needs a complete redo. The customer service is terrible, every time I go in, just nasty attitude from the cashier to the mangers. On top of that the speed service just sucks , weather i place a online order or walk in ( today it was dead , parking lot was empty)im waiting at least 20 -30 minutes, just absolutely unacceptable. They really need to clean house and start over with all new staff.

This restaurant seriously needs a reality check when it comes to customer service. The restaurant closes at midnight yet I was told they couldn’t make any more food over an hour before closing. When I said I was willing to wait, the employee became rude and repeatedly told me, “It’s only going to get worse if you wait.” As a paying customer, I found that response completely unacceptable.
It felt like the focus was more on fulfilling DoorDash orders than serving customers who were actually in the restaurant. I ended up going down the street to Culver’s, which was closing at 11 PM. Not only did they gladly serve me, but the food was fresh and the customer service was excellent.
It’s disappointing because I genuinely enjoy Popeyes, but the service I received was frustrating and unprofessional. Management needs to do a better job training employees on how to treat customers. I only wish I had recorded the interaction, because no customer should be spoken to with such irritation and disrespect for simply trying to order food more than an hour before closing.

I’m a frequent customer and a rewards member, and I typically order through the app specifically so I can earn points and have my food ready when I arrive. I usually place my order about 30 minutes in advance, but my mobile orders are almost never ready when I get there.
Every visit—whether I go inside or through the drive-thru—I end up waiting for my order to be prepared after arrival. Sometimes the food hasn’t been started at all, and other times I’m waiting on basic sides like Cajun fries. There is very little communication about delays or wait times, which makes the pickup process consistently frustrating and defeats the purpose of mobile ordering.
Customer service is also inconsistent. Staff often do not acknowledge delays or provide updates, and the overall attitude can come across as dismissive rather than helpful.
Food quality is hit or miss. Some visits are acceptable, but other times the chicken is overcooked or not prepared as ordered. When I order spicy chicken, it often tastes like mild, which is disappointing because you don’t find out until after you’ve already started eating.
The only reason I continue going to this location is convenience, as it is the closest to my home. Otherwise, I would likely choose a different location.
Overall, the value can be good, but the inconsistency in preparation, order readiness, and customer service makes the experience unreliable.

Line was out the parking lot so decided to go inside . it was quicker than drive through but my apple pie was brick cold. when i drove back the cook had an attitude. don’t work in fast food if your going to be lazy. i work hard for my money. also the inside was dirty and smelled like vinegar.

Every time I go to this location, the customer service is horrible. Staff speaks to all customers very rough, they are loud and aggressive. Every employee is angry or grumpy. No smiles or greetings and definitely no thank you. I only went again because it was nearby. Perhaps it’s time for a change of tastebuds. I can’t respectfully appreciate the service here.
