Tea available in lobby is a huge plus over Popeyes in Ocala, FL. Service was fast & polite. They provided ketchup & honey provided without our having to ask or go back up like you have to in Ocala, FL. This location, #12642, is better managed then those in Marion County, FL. Only issue is very cold in lobby and ladies around are voicing their concerns with other guests.

The service and atmosphere are terrible. Me and my partner came in to use the restroom. While I was using the restroom, my partner was at the counter attempting to order and no one came to the counter. Despite their being workers in the back and in the lobby. As we left because we waited awhile to place our order and no one ever came to take our order. We hear from the African American attendant woman who is sweeping and taking the trash out the trashcans, mumble something rude under her breath. ThisIs Apalachee Parkway and Southwood Area, not Southside. I expect the customer service to reflect that.

Half of my chicken sandwhich was raw. Had to throw it away. Runny mashed potatoes, tossed those too. If it's one thing I hate is wasting my money and I don't want food poisoning... ?

Last couple of visits were all great experiences. The food was fresh, the orders always correct, and the customer service very welcoming. Thank you to the staff for making my day easier instead of harder.
The gentleman who attended me was amazing, and his sense of style was a plus.( I know it's not important. However, I believe it is quite difficult to rock gold rimmed glasses.) He was friendly, patient, and was able to convince me on the oreo cheesecake (Get the CheeseCake!!) The only downside was that my nuggets had light fishy taste. However, the rest of my meal was impecable. Will be going back.

I've eaten here multiple times at this point whether it was dine-in or drive-thru and it's always been consistent. Great fresh food, great service, never a disappointment. Honestly, one of the best Popeye's locations and I've been to quite a few.
