I can't recall having a bad experience. They do a pretty good job of being timely, especially considering the amount of people that they service. Basic menu options, but the food is good and the sweet tea is usually perfect!
Picked up food from the drive thru, the male working the window was very rude when I asked for extra sauce. We were glad to pay for it so I don't see what the big deal was!
Parking: There is only one entrance and exit. So when people are backed up in the drive thru line you cannot exit the parking lot! BIG PROBLEM!

This place is amazing! The only reason it gets 3 stars is because the drive-through is terrible designed, and blocks traffic from the target parking lot during busy hours. The food is amazing but on the expensive side for fast food. The canes sauce is to die for.
