Ive had a problem with this location quite a few times because I've been met with rudeness and the general tso chicken I got was often dark/overdone and had way too much sauce on it. Not to mention I had one kitchen cook laugh at me one time and made a comment about my weight when I ordered egg rolls. Not to mention that they ALWAYS forget my salad when I order hibachi. And they always try to close way too early, mopping the floor as early as 2 hours before close and showing...
Roboto has been a go-to since our college days. The food is always great - especially that Samurai sauce!! But be warned that you simply cannot reach them by phone. God forbid you need to talk to a human being, like if you leave something at the restaurant... The phone rings once and hangs up.
food was good as usual, however i think this location uses a different container to put the food in so it’s a smaller amount then tennessee location imo. additionally, this one is kinda hidden so be careful.
