It has just been numerous times where it’ll be a close to empty lobby and food orders are still being processed as low priority. I understand one time but like multiple times is not logical. If I order a cake pop..why isn’t it being handed to me and being held hostage with my drink which isn’t going to be handed out for another 15 mins
Consistent, good service, great drinks as always!
I go before work very frequently and the staff knows me and it means a lot. They’ll see my car pull up and won’t even ask the basic “welcome to Starbucks what can I get you” they’ll call me by name and tell me to come around. They leave nice messages on my cup too. My favorite Starbucks in town

Starbucks Coffee Company is a great part of the community. The employees are kind and compassionate. The location is always fast and correct. Customers have had great experiences with drinks, such as a salted caramel cold brew, and food, including a sandwich. The staff is friendly and provides great customer service. If there is an issue, they take the time to resolve it, such as remaking a drink that was left behind. The customer service is great, thanks to employees like Nick and Mary, who are kind and upbeat. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company provides good food and service, and the drinks are good, although they can be a little off depending on who makes them.
