Employees are extremely rude and lazy. The bathrooms are outrageously the nastiest thing I’ve ever seen, no matter the time of day. This store needs some serious work.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Called to check on my pick up order and the rep said NO ITS NOT READY, they didn’t even get my inform or order number!!!

Normally, I would have good things to say about my local Tallahassee Sam's Club. Yesterday, I ordered a curb side pick up as usual. Today, I received a ready for pick up text at 12:30 PM. Once arriving I checked in via the application, it advises you it will be 5 to 10 minutes I have been waiting for over 45 minutes! During this time I have called several times, and been told "just a few minutes longer". Now, I've been on hold for almost 20 minutes waiting for a manager. This is no way to treat your customers.

I want to say a special thank to a phenomenal young man ANTHONY! He saw me pushing my 4 cases of water and about to load them in my truck and he asked if I had it. I told him I was trying to. He said I got you. I loaded one he said ma'am don't touch another one I got it. He loaded the rest. He saw a need and jumped right in. Sam's club please give him his kudos. THANK YOU ANTHONY!!!!

Got our new phones at the kiosk and Chris was awesome. He graciously gave his cell number and I thought he ordered the wrong phones but he ordered correct phones - he responded to text and was extremely customer service oriented - thank you Chris
I went into Sam's today to pick up my online order. I saw it in a crate pull (I'm not sure what it was called), but no employees were in the online pick up area. I went to the two people at the exit door booth and asked for a cart. The guy brought me back a cart so I went back to the online area to transfer my items to from the big crate pull to the smaller cart. I then walked another mile around the store and all the barriers to get into the check out line. Mind you the pur...
