My wife and I were traveling home from a Thanksgiving outing and stopped in Tallahassee for the night. Savour was located near our hotel, so we made a reservation and tried it. What a wonderful surprise. This was one of the best restaurants I have been to in Florida and competed with some of the best I have enjoyed in my travels around the world. I had the crispy duck as an appetizer and gulf bouillabaisse as the main. The bartender made a great wine suggestion and the rest was sheer enjoyment.
Very very good. The food and service were amazing, just remember to save up for this dinner lol
Savour never disappoints. Drew is the consummate restaurant owner. His staff is fantastic. The drinks delicious and the food is fantastic. Good portions too. Had a really great lunch the next day. We will be back.
My family and I had a wonderful meal this past Friday at Savor. While the food was outstanding and the service impeccable, it was the compassion and customer service that made it special. I booked through open table but mistakenly booked the wrong night. I didn't realize this until I arrived with my family of four with the place already packed. The host (and I think the owner) did not let us panic and assured they would fit us in. We were seated in less than five minutes and they treated us like royalty. We were extremely grateful and it was a great lesson for my two teenage daughters how customer service can make any experience special and they certainly made us feel that way despite my mistake. I'd highly recommend the food and service regardless because it was awesome but I'm writing this review (something I normally never do) because of the customer service. Thank You Savor...We will be back!

The host, waiter (Gabriel), and all the associate staff were amazing. The food was great. BBQ shrimps sauce is top notch. Red Fish and Garlic potatoes amazing. Peanut butter chocolate dessert and espresso martini is a must. MAKE A RESERVATION!!! You will not regret this experience.
This was the best meal we've had in a really long time! The restaurant was beautiful, the staff was very courteous and friendly, and the food was out of this world!
We Love Savour! One of favorite places to eat. Food is always delicious, and the drinks are great. Happy hour at the bar before your reservation, is always fun as well ! If you have never tied it, you should. Excellent service !

Excellent service and food. Carson was great. Only challenge was reaching someone via phone to make adjustments to the reservation
The owners greeted checked on and say goodbye to every guest. They were personable. They were gracious. They left a personal card, a complementary glass of champagne for our anniversary celebration which was a lovely touch. The place was warm and vibrant old elegance with modern charm. The food was portioned well and delicious. The service was very polite and gracious. We've been a lot of expensive places for dinners over the years and this was a very special lovely occasion would recommend this to anyone if back in Tallahassee, we would return
We had some experiences that prevent a higher rating here. While the food was excellent, the service was for lack of a nicer word, lacking! The evening started nicely as the owner or manager gave us a complimentary glass of champagne, since I had let them know it was our anniversary dinner. Drinks were ordered (three other couples joined us to help us celebrate!) One of the couples for some reason was not asked for their drinks order. We had to point that out to our waiter. Finally they got them. Salads/appetizers came timely and were very good. Then something went obviously amiss and it was a VERY long time before our meals were finally served! I asked our waiter to check (who by the way, never came back for drink refills without “waving him down!”) He checked on the meals and said were coming soon! Did not come, soon! Asked a waiter with a name tag saying “Captain” (?) to check. Still did not come! No explanation why from him! Finally I went to the front entrance and asked the nice owner/manager to please look into it. And again this was a very long time after we had finished our salads! He did and the meals came in maybe another five to ten minutes! Something obviously went amiss with our order. I noticed several meals delivered to other customers who arrived after us, - and again between our salads and our's not being served! He offered no explanation but did bring some bread! Don't know if he did so as perhaps as a small gesture of apology. We were not asked if we wanted any - upfront - free or to be charged for it! (I feel he did as an apology!) He said, “You have to ASK for bread!” Our meals finally came! Again the food was very good and each of us remarked how much we enjoyed it, AFTER finally getting it! I honestly think our waiter was perhaps new - or was having a bad night! Or the kitchen just screwed up our order! Sooo, sort of a mixed review here! But an honest one! We will try again, maybe.
Modern chic atmosphere, great service and fine dining at it's best! It's our go to for special occasions and this visit exceeded expectations. The owner is so friendly, and teased me in a charming way about my birthday. He paid for my dessert to end the evening, and you can't beat the peanut butter chocolate pie. It's smooth, rich, and delightful after a wonderful "savoury" meal. pun intended. I had the General Tso Snapper, and the flavors were explosive! My wife had the chicken, which was executed perfectly. It was a great dish, especially with the mushroom risotto, but you can never go wrong with the Panko crusted market fish.
