It was a pleasure speaking with the owners, Kim and Drew, I could tell they had a passion for hospitality. Kim had introduced Carson, my server, when I was seated and she let me know I was in capable hands. He was an amazing. I overheard his suggestions to guests and he was always spot on. I had to let him know how good he was doing and he let me in on something. He loves to work their! In fact, everyone was happy. When I asked him what the secret was he said the leadership, professional staff, and no drama. That sounds like a winning combination to me.
I bet you are wondering how the food was. In Tallahassee can we get great food and great service? Yes, we can. BBQ shrimp was phenomenal. The shining star was the chargrilled filet mignon. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Chef Ashley runs a great kitchen!
There is a bar area and multiple dining atmospheres. They all feel part of the same world, but intimate. Reserve on open table or try your chances.

Our Go to for special occasions. Had the surf and turf tonight even though I’m an avid believer in not getting steak from Resturants, and wow, probably the best steak I have ever had. Will continue to come back and encourage anyone reading this to try it, you’re missing out!!! 10/5 stars I wish I could rate higher.

My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this restaurant. I took my husband here for his birthday in December, and it was one of the best nights of our lives celebrating - so much so that when my birthday came around this past weekend, my husband scoured Tallahassee for a new spot to take me to but kept coming back to Savour because of the night we had had in December. We had Carson both times as our waiter, and I just have to say that he is absolutely fantastic. The entire staff feel like our friends now, and Kim and Drew standing at the door to greet you feels like you’re entering their own home. All of this and I haven’t even mentioned the food yet, which is just wonderful - classics with an elevated feel and I always wish we had ordered more of the truffle Mac to take home. Not to mention, the cocktails are some of the best in the city, some are even better than those we had while we lived in DC, and trust me that is saying something!! We will be back again and again. One of the most special restaurants we’ve ever been to.

The staff was amazing and the nicest ever, David was a fantastic waiter and was very attentive. The feta appetizer was delicious. Dinner was the panko seared red fish, OMG outta this world. Brussel sprouts were AmaZING as well. Absolutely impressed and will be back.
Great food and service. The steaks were amazing and large servings, however somewhat small portion for sea scallops which one person ordered. Everything else was amazing. Great place for steaks.

Savour is one of Tallahassee's treasures. Fine dining at its best--great food, excellent service, and beautiful setting. Chef is willing to make adjustments (within reason, of course) to accommodate your needs and preferences. Bar is a great gathering place with some locals you look forward to seeing. Bartenders are knowledge and friendly.

Baked oysters appetizer had parmesan and garlic topping that browned nicely. Grouper entree pan-seared with a light herb crust. Atmosphere downtown feels upscale but not stuffy with exposed brick walls.
Always love visiting Savour! The food and service can't be beat. The brussels are so good! Can't wait to go back.

Ahi tuna was one point Seasonal salad was multiple layers of amazing flavors. Sam and Alex were fantastic. Had a wonderful conversation with Kim about wine and life. In town for rugby. Most likely coming back tomorrow.

Savour never disappoints. We came over from Panama City Beach to take our son to dinner for his birthday and as usual it was fantastic!!

We had dinner last night at Savour and it was truly an outstanding dining experience. Savour consistently exceeds our expectations. The beef tips and New Orleans BBQ Shrimp are always our go-to appetizers and both are always amazing. Our entrees which were both steaks and the sides were delicious as always. Every time we've dined at Savour its always been a 10 out of 10 experience both for the food and service.

Easily in the top 3 restaurants in Tallahassee. I travel for business and have eaten at many restaurants around Tally. Savour was fantastic from start to finish. Steak, scallops, brussels, and lava cake were all terrific. They also have an extensive wine and spirit list.
