This classic deli is a Tallahasee staple. Ran by FSU graduates they put out some of the best sandwiches in town. The service is always friendly and the food is always served quickly.
To all who miss their grandmother often, please go to Metro Deli and ask for the egg salad sandwich with fresh slice tomatoes, add a lil provolone or Swiss cheese, with the oregano and a dash of salt and pepper, and don't forget the side of pickle, and I promise it'll be reminiscent of granny ringing the lunch bell for all the kids to come eat after playing all day in the sun, regardless of your nationality??
