My wife and I dined at 347 to celebrate our anniversary, and were seated at a lower level booth providing a nice view of the dining room. Our ribeyes were cooked to perfection!
Great food and great service! The only issue - one of the customers was playing some video on their smartphone.
I rarely leave a review that’s not a good one. Tonight is the exception. I’m staying at this hotel Duval, and I figured Shulas is a good brand and a safe bet for a good steak. Nancy, my server, wasn’t particularly attentive, but I was working/reading so it didn’t matter. To begin with, multiple items on the menu they did not have. Ironically, I learned this by asking if they had any specials not on the menu - Nancy misunderstood and proceeded to tell me all the things that they didn’t have, like the aged steak that looked good to me, the pork belly, several wines. Apparently, this wasn’t because they were sold out, but just because it’s not important enough to keep stocking the expensive ingredients. The place has no ambience and smells like that cleaning product called Fabuloso, a strange scalene triangle of disinfectant, baby powder and lilac.
The evening ended on a really sour note when I asked for some port wine instead of desert. Nancy ran back to the bar and identified two ports, Fonseca and Dows, but couldn’t tell me whether they were Tawny or Ruby, 10 or 20 year or what. So I tried be helpful, and I get up to go look at what’s at the top shelf that she apparently can’t see or read. Incredibly, she admonishes me that I shouldn’t be so close to the entrance to the bar. It was super uncomfortable and awkward, needlessly so.
I went back to my table embarrassed. I told her that I dine out a lot and that I expected the server to to know this stuff (I was in the biz, server, bartender, line cook) and to know not to embarrass the guest for simply trying to help. She had no clue. Silly college student with no idea about what working at a top steakhouse should be or really any service industry now that I think about it.
This wasn’t a cheap meal. In fairness, the steak was perfectly cooked, but I spent $120 with tip with one glass of wine to be made to feel like an idiot. This place feels like the very tired hotel restaurant it is. I will never return.

We had a lovely birthday evening. The food and service were exemplary. Staff were cordial and helpful. This is our family's go-to place for celebrations.
Lucas & Niya made our experience exceptional! Their attention to detail and warmth made my Husband's birthday dinner perfect!
Excellent food and Service!! We had big plans to have dessert after dinner, but we all devoured our food and had no room for dessert! We all mentioned how delicious our food was and hope to come back
From top to bottom this is the best place to experience steak like it should be cooked to your taste!

Good food and service. Had a 6:30 reservation on Friday night of family weekend and they were out of hanger steak which is a family favorite so that was disappointing.
Much different experience than last time we were here. Service was excellent- Lukas is a pro. Food was delish. We will be back! Well done!
Outstanding experience from start to finish! The service was attentive and welcoming, the wine was exceptional, and the food was superb. The redfish was perfectly prepared, the scallops were tender and flavorful, and the crab cakes were absolute perfection. 347 Grille by Coach Shula is highly recommended!

Excellent service and atmosphere. Food was overall good but everything heavily salted. Sweet potatoes fries were pure salt I sent them back. My filet was good but dry not juicy got it medium rare
New Orleans BBQ shrimp was delicious. Fillet medallions were ordered medium rare and came out well done. They cooked new ones and they were excellent but slow getting them to the table the second time. Overall very good experience and food.
I was looking forward to the meal. I ordered the Kansas City steak and Lobster tail. I was disappointed in the steak. The lobster was good. The service was good, but not great. You expect better for a $200 plus meal.
Outstanding service, some of the best we've had in Tallahassee . Steaks and seafood were great. Sides were not quite as great, but still good. Only negative I would mention is having to pay for valet parking. I have no issue with the pricing, but if you're spending that kind of money seems a little necessary. Again highly recommended dining experience.
Dinner was just as wonderful as it always is! Jenna our server was delightful and very professional. The food was cooked perfectly. The wine list was complete. Thank you!
