Dinner came out 30 minutes before the appetizer. The food was delicious however the first steak was over cooked. The manager did apologize and took the appetizer and drinks off of the bill. I will go back because the food was good and the bacon appetizer fantastic.
Our server was exceptionally professional graceful kind and personable. He paird our meal with a well suggested wine and we enjoyed our very memorable birthday anniversary celebration. We also stayed at the hotel which had an amazing bar on the top floor and a intimate pool room/ library were we played a fine game of pool with beautiful ambiance that included a fireplace, TV and great music. One of our finest experiences yet.
The food tasted fine; portions were reasonable; everything was warm/cold, as it should have been. However, nothing was ‘over the top', as prices are extremely high. The website offered info that happy hour was in place for house wines; I asked for that and instead was served a $16 glass... Waitress offered to serve our salad, which we told her we would share, on two separate plates. That was nice of her, but then we were charged $2 for doing so. I don't appreciate that. &178 for a salad, two entrees and one glass of wine was waaaay too expensive for the value/experirnce.
Went for my baby's birthday dinner and it was hands down the best experience we could have asked for. Our steaks were phenomenal and cooked to perfection. Also I liked the variety of sides. Mac & cheese & asparagus were bussing! The drink menu had great cocktails. Atmosphere was really chill. I will most definitely be going back and highly recommend!
Great experience at Shula's 347 Grille in Tallahassee. Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable..
Price fixed options for holiday dinner were limited but mains (salmon and duck) were prepared nicely, i.e. no option for ribeye, strip or filet mignon.
We would rate Shula's 347 Restaurant as one of the finest! Everything about it was top notch! We will be back!
This is a kinda casual atmosphere with Steakhouse prices. The food was good but not top tier. The service was excellent.
I enjoyed the food however the table service was not great. We went to eat for my boyfriends birthday and to celebrate he wanted a few beers. He was turning 22. The server looked at his ID and gave him a hard time. He finally allowed him to order his drink, after he looked at me and before I could order my drink, he said and your good with water? I was in shock he was assuming my age without asking me what I wanted to drink. Very rude. He was not personable. Later when going to pay I gave my card to my boyfriend (it was his birthday so I wanted to treat him) when the server came back he put the card in front of me (notating that he knew it wasn't my boyfriends) which I think is so rude. Also when ordering he looked at my boyfriend and said ladys first in a rude way. It was just so condescending and I did not appreciate the service. I hate it so much as this was supposed to be a fun time for my boyfriend. Other than that I enjoyed the food, the steak was cooked to perfection!
My wife and I dined at 347 to celebrate our anniversary, and were seated at a lower level booth providing a nice view of the dining room. Our ribeyes were cooked to perfection!

Great food and great service! The only issue - one of the customers was playing some video on their smartphone.
I rarely leave a review that’s not a good one. Tonight is the exception. I’m staying at this hotel Duval, and I figured Shulas is a good brand and a safe bet for a good steak. Nancy, my server, wasn’t particularly attentive, but I was working/reading so it didn’t matter. To begin with, multiple items on the menu they did not have. Ironically, I learned this by asking if they had any specials not on the menu - Nancy misunderstood and proceeded to tell me all the things that they didn’t have, like the aged steak that looked good to me, the pork belly, several wines. Apparently, this wasn’t because they were sold out, but just because it’s not important enough to keep stocking the expensive ingredients. The place has no ambience and smells like that cleaning product called Fabuloso, a strange scalene triangle of disinfectant, baby powder and lilac.
The evening ended on a really sour note when I asked for some port wine instead of desert. Nancy ran back to the bar and identified two ports, Fonseca and Dows, but couldn’t tell me whether they were Tawny or Ruby, 10 or 20 year or what. So I tried be helpful, and I get up to go look at what’s at the top shelf that she apparently can’t see or read. Incredibly, she admonishes me that I shouldn’t be so close to the entrance to the bar. It was super uncomfortable and awkward, needlessly so.
I went back to my table embarrassed. I told her that I dine out a lot and that I expected the server to to know this stuff (I was in the biz, server, bartender, line cook) and to know not to embarrass the guest for simply trying to help. She had no clue. Silly college student with no idea about what working at a top steakhouse should be or really any service industry now that I think about it.
This wasn’t a cheap meal. In fairness, the steak was perfectly cooked, but I spent $120 with tip with one glass of wine to be made to feel like an idiot. This place feels like the very tired hotel restaurant it is. I will never return.

We had a lovely birthday evening. The food and service were exemplary. Staff were cordial and helpful. This is our family's go-to place for celebrations.
Lucas & Niya made our experience exceptional! Their attention to detail and warmth made my Husband's birthday dinner perfect!
Excellent food and Service!! We had big plans to have dessert after dinner, but we all devoured our food and had no room for dessert! We all mentioned how delicious our food was and hope to come back
