This is our go-to place for date night. The food is amazing (Uncle cooks up the spice just right!) the sushi is perfect every time, and the happy hour menu and wine is easy on the wallet. I was worried when the location changed, but it made it even better!! ( And closer to where we live as well!).

Food was great and service was friendly! I ordered the lunch pad thai with miso soup for around $13 and the wait time was less than 15mins. I look forward to trying more food on the menu.

I hate that they moved further away because the food is just incredible. I will say that the new location is quite nice, they have a really nice ambiance and have dialed in the decore. The food is unchanged, perhaps even slightly better. I am always amazed that with such a large menu, they do everything well. The Phơ is the best I have had outside Vietnam, our waitress told us it is a thai countryside recipe. Thank you Siam Bistro for always making the experience of dining with you wonderful!

The Shrimp roll is delicious. But Spicy Tuna roll is too small and doesn't have enough filling.

This place is one of our favorites. My husband always orders the Sushi Deluxe, while I prefer the Massaman Curry, Pho or Terriyaki Chicken. Everything is always fresh and the staff is amazing.

Loved this new location. The service was really good and the food made us very happy. We ordered a Japanese grill plate and a volcano roll with crispy toppings. Loved all of of it!

I ordered Takeout at the bar. I gotthe Green Curry with shrimp medium heat, which comes with white rice. Unfortunately, the container was half full. I have been to a lot of Thai restaurants in town and never have been serviced like this. That was very tacky. I can't believe a brand new restaurant to Tallahassee would do such a thing. Never again.

Positives: We had a great waiter who cleaned the child's high chair for us and provided great service generally. The restaurant is also very clean and looks new. There appears to be a good selection of drinks.

Improvements: The chicken in every dish at our table was too tough.

Major improvement: For $14, the calamari appetizer needs to be a lot bigger. I was surprised at how few pieces came.

We had an awesome experience in this new location, we tried the Hawaiian roll, and the Tom kha soup and some other rich plate, and it was soothing and filling, I recommend.

First time visiting this restaurant. What a refreshing addition to our area. Atmosphere was comfortable. Service was very good. Food came out timely and best of all, it was delicious. I had the filet steak over basil fried rice. Fresh cooked perfection. My guests had the beef and broccoli and several sushi rolls which they enjoyed. Must try the crab ration spring rolls that melt in your mouth. Nice job!
