They catered at a party that I recently attended. I had the chicken, ham, and mac and cheese. It was super delicious. I’m actually still eating leftovers a few days later. I know when I really like stuff when I don’t add bbq sauce. The chicken skin was perfectly crispy but the chicken wasn’t dried out and the ham (perhaps my favorite) has a really nice honey taste. Yummy! Tasty! Succulent and Flavorful. Just attended an elegant ball in Tallahassee where they catered this private event. All the dishes were excellent and full of flavor. Smoked chicken, delicious honey baked ham, collards and old fashioned down home mac N cheese with that cheese pull was amazing!
