I came in today at 3:40 pm, the staff was so nice and kind. The person who was helping me was amazing (I wish I remembered their name, but she had short blonde hair). The wait wasn't long at all about 5 minutes. Everything I ordered came out just right. Will totally be going back to that location:)

This Starbucks has great staff, good coffee and and a nice atmosphere. I have to say that the people here are extremely happy, helpful, and very kind. The manager Hailey has helped me more times than I can count. Even when I wasn't as able to buy the most expensive products and coffees, I was still a valued customer. Some places don't want to deal with you unless you're paying a lot or buying really expensive stuff. The place is always very busy in the Drive-Thru and inside as well as outside on the patio. The patio has seats and plugs to charge your phone or tablet or iPad are extremely plentiful. It's very relaxing to sit on the patio outside under an umbrella or in the chairs. So, plug your phone or tablet in and just read a book or watch people. I recommend this Starbucks to anyone. Whoever does the hiring does a great job because all the employees. All of them have been extremely happy and fun to talk with and have good ( for a rated "D") coffee. It was amazing. Try those samples and choose a different type of coffee than you would normally would drink it. You'll enjoy it. Erin is the other manager that has been so helpful and amazing. I can say as a manager of a different restaurant that I have noticed these employees all doing their side work and constantly staying busy. I always enjoy coming here. Come, have a coffee, people watch, sit outside or inside and listen to the great music they have playing. I would most definitely recommend this place if you're in Tallahassee and just want a coffee. Try the drive through, it's very quick and convenient. I would recommend this place to family and friends. I'd recommend it to you, the general public. If you enjoy coffee, come here,try it. Heck, even if you live far away,drive to Tallahassee just to check out the place. LOL.
how does a venti strawberry crème frappuccino with extra strawberry purée sound like a grande mango dragonfruit lemonade with a strawberry base? i have no clue how this was messed up at all and think it’s quite ridiculous when it was clear what i said. if you’re that tired or high at 7pm, got off the clock and put in your two weeks. this starbucks is usually pretty good but im highly dissatisfied.
I continue to come again and again primarily for the great staff and other customers.I have a disability and when I'm there alone. They help me so i'm able to use their shop independently.Yes, they make a mistake or you don't like something. They're always super gracious about fixing it.It's usually fairly quiet except during certain times of the day although they have regulars.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible and staff is willing to do things like. Bring food directly to you and help with cups and the door.If there's ever stock blocking the entry way to the bathroom, they will move it promptly.If you ever need something and you're, you can also call them inside the store if they don't notice.

I wish I could enjoy this Starbucks. It's so convenient for me, but the coffee is HORRIBLE and the music is insanely loud. Not at all a conducive environment for studying. Even with my airpods set to noise cancellation and the volume turned all the way up, I'm still hearing Justin Timberlake screeching in my ears on this Starbucks' overhead speakers.
