“Excellent staff. They take the time to make it right. I love the new ultimate Italian but this is the only subway of several I've tried (both in Florida and Georgia) that take the time to toast the butter and cheese before adding the meat then toasting again. That step makes all the difference so that the bread isn't soggy. The management obviously cares and it shows from hiring to food products.“

“Good food. However, the service was not the best. The server placed toppings on my husband's Black Forest Ham sandwich. She asked me what toppings I wanted on my Tuna sandwich but it was for the wrong sandwich. She, of course, apologized and placed the toppings on my husband's sandwich on my sandwich. Typically, the server would start and make new sandwiches but I made an exception.“
“The best on-campus dining if you factor in customer service and wait times. Its regular old subway, but the workers here seem to care a bit about their jobs unlike anywhere else on campus, they are super busy all day but you will get a good sub every time.“

Subway Must Accept Your Digital Coupons
Starting Dec. 28, 2023. Subway will require all franchises to honor all digital deals. That info comes from an internal memo from Subway that was leaked to the public. Subway is requiring all locations to:
Honor all digital programs and programs, including loyalty rewards and digital discounts
Participate in loyalty incentive programs designed to attract new loyalty members
The memo also says that Subway will not reimburse the franchise locations for honoring these programs, which may be why many sites choose not to participate. According to a recent thread on Reddit, user wonderlesswrld (who identified themselves as a Subway general manager) said that franchise owners "pay Subway 12.5% royalties." That percentage is paid for the amount of a sale before a coupon is used. With restaurants' already skinny profit margins, accepting coupons under that condition may be a loss for some franchises.“
“Love this place. The staff is very patient and kind despite some rude customers heckling them at times about coupons when I've been. They are always trying to make things right if something goes wrong. Plus they redid the interior of the building and it looks super clean and cool.The area the shop is in isn't super safe, but that's outside of this location's control. When you're inside the Subway you feel safe and the music is great.
Parking: The parking is fine, but the drivers in this area are constantly speeding and going the wrong direction so be safe.“

“Super amazing employees! Both of the ladies working here (new years eve) were very polite and sweet. They will absolutely bring us back to this location even with it being slightly out of the way. They were great with my 2-year-old son and even made his New Year with a piece of cheese. The restaurant as a whole was extremely clean. It even has a super convenient drive-thru.“
