There have been 2 times now that I’ve walked in with no one working at the counter and I wait a couple minutes patiently, announce myself by saying hello, and still nobody comes to the front. There is also no business phone number listed anywhere online so I’m not able to call the store.

Serenity was alone on lunch shift and absolutely killed lunch rush. Great attitude, kind and friendly. Subs were delish but she was the real star of the show today.

How can a place always be out of bread. You make sandwiches. And have bread makers. After the bajillioneth time this has happened, we won’t ever go back. What a waste to pay employees to just sit there since they aren’t making sandwiches. Would give it zero stars if I could.

If I could give zero stars I would. I just had one of the worst Meatball Subs at this Subway ever. First of all there were only 3 meatballs on it and ABSOLUTELY zero sauce. I certainly don't understand how you could make a sub this poor.

Super nice guy preparing food. Crowded seating inside. Skip the ladies room.......

Meatballs were burnt and crispy, and staff was uninterested and acted as though they had no idea what to do to make an order. One meatball fell out so she threw it away leaving just one meatball in the whole sandwich. And just to make it the worst experience, her purple hair dragged all thru the sandwich and she looked at us like we were crazy when we said No Thank You. Never again.

Honestly, This subway is just the worst. The White guy with long hair is rude and seemed to have a problem that I was ordering three sandwiches. I ordered an All-American club and he only put turkey and ham on it, no bacon. He then refused to toast one of the sandwiches with lettuce on them, never had this issue with other subways before. He also made it seem like I was taking too long and rushing around the girl who was finishing my order. When I went to check out, the girl who was working with him said my sandwich had bacon on it and when I tried to correct her, he jumped in and got annoyed and angry and said the All-American came with bacon. HE DID NOT PUT BACON ON IT. I shouldn't have to pay for something I did not get. And he wouldn't listen and walked off when I tried to say that. If it wasn't for the fact my job was blowing up my phone, I would have made him remake my sandwich.

If you want dirty gloves touching your food eat here!! Wow how disappointed we were to watch the girl make sandwiches after touching the previous customers money with the same gloves. Then cashed out the next man. When it came time for our order she proceeded to keep the same gloves on and grabbed the bread. I told her we were going to eat somewhere else. I have no idea how long this has been in practice at this location.. or how long she has had the same pair of gloves on. But I was grossed out!

Management really needs to teach their employees how to act. It's ridiculous! Girl could not even make a sub for laughing and being silly. We walked out, another missed sale. I don't EVER plan to return here again.

Never come again! One young girl and and man working there, they were kept talking 5mins after I stepped in. I had to wait until they finished talk. The man with very bad attitude to me! He said “ I can’t hear you!” And when I ordering he said” keep going!” with very bad looking face and very rude! Definitely will not come back!!!!!!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I've gone in this subway twice now in two different weeks thinking the service would be better. I only came back to give it another shot, but I'd rather crawl across town to go to a different subway with employees who wear a mask and are a lot kinder. The man making my sandwich had an incredibly nasty attitude. We are in a pandemic and he get's frustrated because he can't hear you. And when he can't hear you, he rudely says "I can't hear you" with a horrible attitude. I'm wearing a mask to not only protect myself but others around me, and you want to have an attitude because I simply thought I was speaking loudly and clear enough? I think we all need a little more positivity and patience. But this has happened for the second week in a row. I will not be back. I've worked in the food industry but I never talked to a customer with an attitude because I treat everyone with respect and hope to get it back in return, but clearly you won't get that at this subway.
