As a mac and cheese lover, I used to absolutely love this place and was so excited to have it in Tallahassee. I’d been to their brick-and-mortar location at Happy Motoring, as well as when they started out as a food truck. I found myself on FSU campus, so I was excited to try it out, especially the Tikka Masala bites featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. We used Tally Mac’s food truck for our reception. They custom designed more gourmet style Mac and cheese for our special event, and had gluten free and vegan options. They were set up on time and left our guests very happy with the food. Guests didn’t stop raving about it!
Amazing sausage covered in mac and cheese and dice jalapenos. One of the best things I have ever eaten. This is my 3rd time here and it never disappoints. I love their creations. Also the buffalo chicken mac and cheese is a great dish as well. Large portions you do not leave hungry.
