I walked into TC Bakery on a day when I was running on fumes—physically and emotionally. What I found there wasn’t just good food, but two absolute angels behind the counter. And here’s the part that still blows my mind: they weren’t even open to the public at the time. It wasn’t regular business hours, yet they unlocked the door and let me in anyway. They didn’t have to do that. They could’ve easily said “sorry, we’re closed.” Instead, they chose kindness. Inside, I was met with nothing but genuine compassion, patience, and warmth. No rush, no judgment—just real human care. They talked to me, listened, smiled, and helped keep my spirit upright when it very easily could’ve collapsed. That kind of love sticks with you. TC Bakery isn’t just a place to grab something to eat. It’s a place where people still see people. I’ll never forget how I was treated there, and I’m deeply grateful for those two souls who showed me love when I needed it most. If you believe kindness matters, support this place. I just went in there and ordered a cinnamon roll. The black lady that handled my transaction kept the same filthy gloves on that she had been wearing while she's cleaning the store to handle my cinnamon roll that she put into a box. Definitely not going to eat that thing. $6 wasted.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this bakery! They made the cake for my baby shower and again for my baby’s first birthday, and both were absolutely perfect. Not only were the cakes stunning and exactly what I envisioned, but they also tasted amazing!
The owner is truly one of the sweetest people I’ve ever worked with. She was so kind, patient, and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and puts her heart into every detail.
I’m so thankful for this bakery — they’ve made two of the most special moments in my life even more memorable.

We have been serving multiple flavors of their cinnamon rolls at our coffee shop in Port St. Joe for a few months now. Our customers continually rave about how delicious they are. Me, along with our staff agree wholeheartedly. As a business, this may have been the best and easiest decision we have made. This business is set up for wholesale and special order desserts, and currently only sells retail at the shop on Saturdays, as I understand it. She is supplyling desserts to Wakulla Lodge just down the road as well as a variety of other retail businesses in the region. Her Ginger Yap and Banna cream Cheesecakes and Humming Bird cake that they sell at the lodge are fabulous! I told the lodge management that they are missing an opportunity if they don't offer to "sell pies to go" for departing guests! If you get a chance to try TC's wonderful desserts, don't let it pass you by.

I can’t thank Jennifer enough! When my sister decided to elope yesterday, I walked into the new TC Bakery location in Tallahassee hoping to find a cake to serve as her wedding cake. Jennifer was so kind and helpful that she offered to drive to her Crawfordville location, ice and decorate a cake, and drive the cake back to the Tallahassee location. Not only was the cream cheese frosted key lime cake moist, spongy, and so flavorful, but Jennifer also took the time to make it a beautiful blue ombré ocean color with some lovely pearls to honor the couple’s love of the ocean. Thank you, Jennifer, for making this special cake to bless this special couple! They loved the cake and they were so grateful for your kindness! You are the best! 💕
