Edit 1/2/25: Update to my review as management is new and I guess they did a name change from Volcano to Lao Jia so there have been some changes. Service is still fantastic and I still enjoy coming here, but of course there are some things I noticed from being a long time customer since soft opening. My husband and I have been frequent diners since opening (there used to be a conveyor belt that worked and everything). Tonight, our server Sandy informed us that as of a few weeks ago, the yogurt drink has been removed from the experience. We would like those to return, as it's the perfect end to the meal! Please consider bringing these back so we can continue enjoying our time at your restaurant!!!!
I'm so very happy to have found this hot pot restaurant. We drive an hour every day to eat here. The staff was very attentive, and the food line was always full and clean. Definitely, we will be back!
