I ordered a $7 biggie bag - my fries were cold (not even lukewarm ?) but the employee did not hesitate to replace the cold fries with hot ones ??! #shestherealmvp just for doing that with a smile on her face. She was very nice & I felt welcomed by her & her coworkers!
I was so happy to pull up to the restaurant with my eyes on some of that awesome homemade chili that Wendy's makes. I was greeted so sweetly and it was a truly cold night, so chili sounded really ? good. Well I wasn't disappointed as usual. Great service, with a smile ?, and a great value for your buck. And that's very important these days, as a buck doesn't go very far.
So, I Went to the drive thru. ?Intercom was trashy, the service was poor, food was warm not hot, peeking in thru the drive thru window and inside it looked to be utterly run down and greasy. As the cashier was handing me my change she wasn't actually looking at my hand when she flung my change back at me, so she dropped my change onto the ground and did not even offer to get more out of the register to hand to me. She was too busy gigglng at her co- worker to place the change...
