Great fast food chicken and salad take out and dine in

Hungry. Everything closing. Zaxbys ahead.....ding,ding,ding!!!! A confusing drive thru for first timers heading north on Monroe, you will miss road on first attempt, but you will visit a nice upscale car lot!! After attempting the elusive U turn in Tally, you ill pull into a drive shared by a gas station, apartment complex and,yes,Zaxbys. I looked at clock after finally getting in drive thru, 8 minutes till closing.....we all know about this! There was a car ahead of me and it took several minutes for their order to be completed. When I arrived at window, I could see they were well into closing procedures.

Couldn't have been worse. Ordered online, went to go pick it up, but they tried to give me another person's order with a similar name. I said "that's not mine" and they said "your order's already picked up" and refused to remake it for me. Wasted 30 minutes to not get my food and not get my money back.

They always do not put Zac sauce in the bags even when I ask for them. Dry chicken fingers are the worst.

Incredibly slow, overpriced, bland, what happened?

The new Caribbean j*** sandwich is great. I ate it too fast. I wanted, no, needed another one.

The customer service was the poorest I've ever experienced. The food was horrible and the shift workers just looked as if they were ready to throw in the towel. This location has never been this lackluster yet this go around it flopped. I dont think I will be visiting this location for a while. Hopefully it was that particular shift and not that this serves as representation of the company!

I love their salad the food is fresh fries or never soggy and the customer fast and friendly

Good for fast food. Opened till 3am on weekends.

They have the best salads. But for whatever reason, 3/5 times I ask for no bacon, I get some bacon. That's highly annoying.

This location is great! Ms. Lillian working the counter was especially sweet. The whole restaurant was sparkling clean, and twice while I was eating somebody walked around wiping tables and asking if everyone was okay. The layout of this location is super cozy; I usually never dine in at fast food, but this place was very pleasant! I'll be coming back for lunches!

This is my first time receiving some food from zaxbys that was poor. I ordered the new recommend sandwich. And the chicken patty seemed to be old and cold. Nonetheless, my fries were fresh and the overall experience didn't take long to get my food. The young lady working the drive through had turned her back once we pulled up as we were getting our payment ready and didn't turn back around until we blew the horn to grasp her attention. I'm hoping next time my experience is better.

Great customer service and the food was amazing

Thank you for the amazing customer service tonight! I started off my night looking for wings . I went to wing stop first and was very disappointed in the food and service . Then I went to Chubbys and immediately left after dealing with rudeness at the voice box . I pulled up and he literally said ; “Go ahead “ I’m sorry but as someone that have worked in customer service hard not how you answer someone ! I pulled into Zaxby’s and the sweetest voice ; welcome to Zaxby’s , how may we help you or something like that . I was impressed. My food was hot , fresh and everything asked for was there in a short amount of time !
