“Stayed at a nearby hotel that had way overpriced breakfast. Found this place while walking, looking for other options. Happy to have found a cheaper healthier option. My 2 girls loved the acai bowls. The smalls were perfect for them. My latte was very good and the breakfast burrito was perfect. Staff was very pleasant and clearly love what they do. Was great to hear excited screams from the back as a worker arrived that the other hadn't seen for a bit.“

During our mural work nearby, they graciously hosted our artists' group, and their hospitality was beyond description. The food they serve is not only incredibly delicious but also nutritious. My son got the protein bowl (with fresh made peanut butter it was delicious and I ordered the tropical island (what an explosion of flavors!!) We live 45 minutes away but can’t wait to go back and tried the many other flavors the offer. Customer service was excellent as well. Highly recommend you to try it all!!“

“ I’m not able to give five stars because they serve dead animals per the apps rules, but I didn’t want to say that it was the most satisfying meal I had in all of Fort Lauderdale and Miami combined! The black bean burger was my favorite as was the PB shake! The owner really knows what he’s doing. I hope they transition away from vegetable oil in the future as well as get rid of the synthetic fragrance air freshener in the bathroom.“

“This is place is great and their inventory includes items you cannot get at other supplement stores. The owner of the store, Jeremy will help you with pretty much anything. I took his advise and over 4 months i shredded up like crazy. He is an active fighter in Bare Knuckle Boxing and built like a tank year round so he is not a typical salesman just selling you merchandise, he knows what he is talking about. So of course i had to stop by on my way back. They are lovely and genuine people by nature you can just feel it you know. And you know this is place of business is from the heart. I hot a smoothie #8 and the curry bean patty listen i had to go back inside to get two more its good 🔥. I have to come back and do a full shopping spree when it comes to the herbal side of things but nonetheless I'm happy i stopped by and I'm forever a customer simple as that.“

I also work remotely, so having a quick lunch to grab avoids fast food runs. The pork carnitas dish is my fav and my son's fav is the bbq beef w mac n cheese.
