“Stayed at a nearby hotel that had way overpriced breakfast. Found this place while walking, looking for other options. Happy to have found a cheaper healthier option. My 2 girls loved the acai bowls. The smalls were perfect for them. My latte was very good and the breakfast burrito was perfect. Staff was very pleasant and clearly love what they do. Was great to hear excited screams from the back as a worker arrived that the other hadn't seen for a bit.“

“Went to Nautical bowls today for the first time because my son saw the menu and look amazing and we were not disappointed. My son got the protein bowl (with fresh made peanut butter it was delicious and I ordered the tropical island (what an explosion of flavors!!) We live 45 minutes away but can’t wait to go back and tried the many other flavors the offer. Customer service was excellent as well. Highly recommend you to try it all!!“

“ I’m not able to give five stars because they serve dead animals per the apps rules, but I didn’t want to say that it was the most satisfying meal I had in all of Fort Lauderdale and Miami combined! The black bean burger was my favorite as was the PB shake! The owner really knows what he’s doing. I hope they transition away from vegetable oil in the future as well as get rid of the synthetic fragrance air freshener in the bathroom.“

The food you can tell is made with quality ingredients and with your health in mind. I was able to get a sample of the soup before ordering and was given a dessert to try at home later and boy was I surprised at how delicious and filling it was, Yum 😋. “Farm to Fork is a great way to have a delicious restaurant quality meal in your home. The quality and variety of the meals is top notch. The choice of meals is constantly rotating so you never get tired of the selections. The portions are generous and the meals are very tasty. Some of my favorite meals are : greek spanakopita; meatloaf; any of the salmon meals, chicken parm, carne asada, the muffins, the lunch tuna meal, any kind of quiche, and chicken salad. the price of the meals is also very reasonable.“

“This is place is great and their inventory includes items you cannot get at other supplement stores. The owner of the store, Jeremy will help you with pretty much anything. I took his advise and over 4 months i shredded up like crazy. He is an active fighter in Bare Knuckle Boxing and built like a tank year round so he is not a typical salesman just selling you merchandise, he knows what he is talking about. I also work remotely, so having a quick lunch to grab avoids fast food runs. The pork carnitas dish is my fav and my son's fav is the bbq beef w mac n cheese.
