Me and my husband did their distillery tour. It was a lot of fun and ends with a tasting, well worth it! Loved the distiller and the bar tender! Ended up staying for a while and having a few mixed drinks that were delicious! There's a nice little Cuban restaurant next door so you can grab food and come back over to keep drinking! Loved the vibe, people and most importantly the drinks! Left with a few bottles as well. 10/10 would recommend.
Been going here for years now. Great place to pop in to catch the game and have some drinks.
Amazing drinks and Amazing conversations with the staff.
I live in the neighborhood and had been wanting to stop by for a while. I finally made it over on an early Friday evening. When we arrived, there was only one person at the bar, but we weren’t greeted, which left us standing around awkwardly trying to figure out whether to wait or seat ourselves. Eventually, we just headed out to the patio since my husband wanted to enjoy a cigar.
I often see the outdoor seating area when I drive by—it always looks inviting. The indoor space, on the other hand, is actually quite small.
My husband grabbed me a cushion from a stack on an inside chair—which was a nice touch—but I wouldn’t have known it was a “help yourself” setup; It felt a little awkward like we were overstepping.
After seating ourselves, I went to the bar to grab a menu, looked it over, and then went back to place our order. At that point, I was told (without much apology) that there was no whiskey available. It would’ve been helpful to know about that limitation up front—maybe when the menu is handed out.
That said, the drinks we ended up with were both very good. I had a key lime cocktail, and my husband had a rum mojito. No complaints on the drinks themselves! The bartender wasn’t rude, but she wasn’t exactly welcoming either—I felt more tolerated than anything.
I asked about the discount mentioned on their website, and after showing it to her (seems they weren’t aware of it), she did honor it—for both of us, which was a pleasant surprise.
All in all, I think there’s potential here. The space has a nice vibe, especially the outdoor area, but the service just wasn’t very inviting. Maybe I’ll try again with a more outgoing friend next time—someone who won’t mind breaking the ice that the staff doesn’t seem interested in breaking.
This place is super cool. It is a tiki like bar in Seminole heights that serves strong drinks and some games and such. I recommend getting the rum runner!
What a wonderful place to have in the neighborhood. Almost always having an event or sampling. Their bottles make for such a great gift for celebrations!
Great place to go and enjoy some drinks. Staff is always amazing! Bottles are priced good as well.
Best painkiller ever!!!
There are some places that just feel like home the second you walk in… and for me, that place is 82° West Distilling. I’ve selfishly kept this little slice of heaven to myself for months because it’s been my special spot — but it’s too good not to share.
If you’re new to the Seminole Heights area (or even if you’ve lived here forever) this is hands down the best bar for happy hour, good energy, and even better people. The bartenders here aren’t just making drinks — they’re building a vibe. They remember your name, your favorite drink, and they make every night feel like a celebration.
The cocktails are insanely good (because duh, it’s a distillery) — but it’s the energy of the space that makes it magic. It’s welcoming, it’s laid back, it’s fun without trying too hard. It’s the kind of place you can roll into solo and leave with new friends — or bring your whole crew and know you’ll have an unforgettable night.
I truly feel like everyone deserves to have a go-to bar — a place that feels like their own little escape from the world. For me, that’s 82° West. And now I’m officially sharing it with you — because life’s too short not to have a bar that feels like home.
Go check it out. I’ll probably see you there.
82 west distilling is definitely a hidden gem that everyone needs to be aware. Thr vibe is super chill with nice music and the drinks, oh man
The drinks are fire. I had their Moscow mule and it was delicious but strong. I also had their mango msrharita which was equally delicious. The hosted today was absolutely delightful and she gave me samples of their own distilled vodka and tequila which I bought 1. It was that good. Everyone should definitely go there and try their drinks cause they were delicious

A great little distillery! Our first time here supporting the distillery and Cigar Lifestyle, which is here 1st Tuesday of each month. Stop by for great cocktails and fine cigars when they are here! An island feel on busy North Florida Avenue! Nicole is the best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great drinks! Awesome selection. Try the tropical breeze Gin
I have traveled to many distilleries in the US both large and small. 82west has a great selection, can’t say anything negative about any option. Bar has great crafted and unique spins on some classics as well as some very unique one of a kind drinks. 420 Rum old fashion is fantastic and the only place you can find anything like it. Great prices too
Perfect place to watch a game and have some drinks!
Everyone was so amazing!! Cassidy was so great! If you want great drinks and amazing service come on over!
