The food was bland and below average, yet highly priced. The service was not good. The server charged a mandatory 20% tip on the check for only three people. I guess that’s why they figure they can get away with bad service since they charge their own mandatory tip. Should have went to Cheesecake Factory across the walkway ??

The restaurant had music so loud that it distorted the sound, it was annoying, they had the air conditioning off and the heat was unbearable, I ordered the Argentine churrasco, first they said they had run out and it was only 6 in the afternoon, late They said that if they had them, surprise they brought a mini churrasco with a slightly stale flavor, the stay was very unpleasant, the first waitress was friendly and attentive, a second who passed by was rude and did not seem to want to do her job, my wife ordered a rice with seafood that said it had banana chips on the menu and they didn't bring it, I will not return to that place and I would not recommend it.

Food quality does not equal their pricing. Save your money and go to the other restaurants at this mall.

Our waiter greeted us and sat us. He gave us some time to order our drinks. He was very patient and nice, but my drink was too strong and it wasn’t that good strong it was that cheap liquor strong. Which I know I get what I pay for, but I asked him nicely if he could replace my happy hour drink with a sangria and he said, it’s a happy hour drink.

I told him I know, but you’d be making more money off the sangria; he said they can remake it, but not replace it. Which is fine, but who wouldn’t want to make more money off a drink that has better liquor in it?! No se’! They ended up remaking it and he asked if it was better, and I said yes.

Then he asked us if we were ready to order and I told him it was our first time there so he gave us some time. Unfortunately there wasn’t much to choose from the menu, they may have wanted to stand out from Roco’s tacos which is literally diagonally across from them.
For those who may not know, Alma’s is Peruvian food aka Spanish food and Roco’s is Mexican food.

Alma’s appetizer, the fried plantains were so savior and delicious with the shredded chicken on top, I had to take some home and not get too full before my food.

I got the king fish salmon, all I can say is wow!!! So good, bursting with flavors, nicely presented, the mash potatoes and salmon literally needed no knife. Both melted in my mouth but whoever cooked the salmon, it was a bit heavy on the seasoning side.

Anyways the atmosphere was vibrant and hip,had some dope reggaeton playing. Overall satisfied and would come back, can’t wait to try the empanadas.

The restaurant is very beautiful and attractive! BUT the customer service was nonexistent. Started swiping the menu before I was even done ordering.
Food was really good!

Had an excellent dinner on our first visit here. Service was excellent, nice ambiance and the food was great! We enjoyed the Mexican Ceviche and the Crispy Pork Belly Rice and a couple of their drink specials.

Parking: It's located in the International Plaza -- there's plenty of parking that is a short walk away.

The food fell short of expectations, lacking authenticity. The flavors of every dish were extremely bland. Despite ordering three appetizers, we were dissuaded from trying the entrees. The crab dip was overwhelmed by cream cheese, the tostones weren’t crispy, the meat wasn’t flavorful & had a strong taste of frying oil, and the calamari was chewy and served sparingly. While the atmosphere exuded a cool, authentic vibe that could lift a mood ; the experience was far from fulfilling. I suggest steering clear if you're seeking authentic cuisine. Perhaps it's worth visiting for drinks and music alone, but overall, it's underwhelming.

3 of us were on the 30min list for Rocco Taco across the walk. So noticed Alma. Relaxed. Some free tables. In the time it took for my phone text to arrive for a Rocco's table we were being served our really good meals. I got her sampler which can feed 2. Wife took most of her Taco salad home and the pork steak is really impressive and so tender. An honest thick steak daughter loved. The fruit drinks are great too. A new favorite place for when going to and from the airport?. Yes prices are fair.

Kid-friendliness: Family friendly from what I saw. Low key relaxed.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room no steps. Didn't use the toilet tho?

We were waiting for a hostess to seat us. We were first in line and a party of 3 walked up after us and the hostess spoke directly to them and proceeded to seat them. We were invisible.

We were a large party for Happy Hour and dinner. The service was exceptional considering that we were all arriving and being seated at different times. However the drinks were skimpy and overpriced in my opinion for a well cocktail. I ordered the cheeseburger and it was so overcooked it was hard to cut through and the cheese was about 2 inches square. I would have sent it back but needed to keep pace with my dinner companion. Also 20% gratuity was automatically added. So, I spent just under $50 for 3 well vodkas and a cheeseburger. $$$

Not impressed. Ordered a gin and tonic after waiting forever for the server… what they brought out was revolting. After asking what they brought, they said they didn’t have tonic so they made it with ginger beer. Why would a bar presume that’s an acceptable replacement for a G&T?!Service was okay, the food we had was okay, but none of it was noteworthy. Would not return.
