My husband and I came there to celebrate our anniversary. We were greeted with a card. The dinner was amazing I received the stake and shrimp special and my husband ordered the seafood over pasta. After dinner we were greeted by our waiter bringing us the chocolates mousse with two fluted flood champagne. It could not have been a better place to celebrate. Thank you for the great hospitality that was shown to us on our visit to your restaurant. Will be returning next time we are in Florida.

Our evening started out a bit unsettling because upon having made a reservation, I don't believe it mattered because all of the tables with a river view were taken and I'm pretty sure all of these people didn't have reservations. We were seated in the back by the bar where the traffic was heavy. With that said, the server and our food and drinks were excellent.

For my main entree, I had the Florida Red Snapper 🐟, and WOW... this dish had my taste buds dancing! 💃🏽🕺🏽 The snapper was cooked to perfection—flaky, tender, and seasoned beautifully. Every forkful was like sunshine on a plate. ☀️🌴 Our server was amazing—attentive, kind, and made us feel welcome the whole evening. 💕 My only disappointment came with the seating. I had noted on my OpenTable reservation that we were celebrating my retirement 🎉, and I requested a more intimate table away from the heavy foot traffic. Instead, we were seated right next to the door, which did take away from the special atmosphere. I was even told the table I requested wouldn't be available for 15 minutes, yet another group was seated there right away. That was frustrating and did put a damper on what otherwise would have been a flawless night. That said, the food and service were outstanding, and I would absolutely recommend Anchor and Brine for the cuisine and hospitality 🍴💫. I just hope in the future they consider guest requests noted ahead of time to elevate the overall experience. We will definitely be back—but with no seating expectations. 😉

Nice riverfront space, food was quite good though expensive and a bit inconsistent. My drink was surprisingly strong, though good. I wish the views were a little better. Suddenly invaded by a conference, which was equal parts fun and a bit overwhelming.

The only downside was that it was a little on the pricey side, but the quality and service made it worth it. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.
