Driftlight Steakhouse exceeded our expectations in every aspect. From the perfectly crafted martinis to the delectable Sweet Kiss oysters that melted in our mouths, every bite was a delight. The fabulous wedge salad and sweet potato bread were superb starters. The Delmonaco steak was cooked to perfection, and the seared salmon with carrot cream sauce was a flavorful delight. Delicious food, and luxurious, upscale ambiance. Our waiter was attentive and helpful. I got the New York strip steak, my wife the salmon and my son the shrimp macaroni and cheese (side was big enough for him to use as an entrée) and we all loved it.
It is a elegant restaurant and excellent restaurant; the service is good, the food is delicious, and the desserts are the best part.
