I’m a DoorDasher and this store is the worst in this area, their service is the worst of worst. They don’t have enough staff to work on preparing the orders, and they don’t give clear estimates of time, just keep asking you to wait for another 5 mins and then another 5 mins then another 5 mins, not to mention their people have very y bad attitude. If you work for DoorDash or Uber Eats, try your best to avoid orders from this store. It’s guaranteed a waste of your time and money!

The restaurant was barely visible from the road due to poor lighting. The service was pretty good but it took FOREVER to get just a fish sandwich and fries! The fish was a nice size but very bland and extra crunchy. Probably won't be going back anytime soon!

I just went to Arby's on waters Avenue for my Birthday dinner and they forgot the 2 most important sandwiches my 2 crispy chicken sandwiches trashed my whole dinner experience i use to work for Arby's back in the day and have never seen such incompetence after spending 45.00 on not my whole order won't ne going back again

I ordered the smokehouse brisket sandwich via Uber eats and the meat is very fatty, also there is very little meat. There are more onion rings than meat. I also ordered about 10 sauces. They delivered 0 sauces. The cookies were the best part of my order smh and this was my worst Arby's experience in my entire life.

There a gentleman by the name jazmire Thomas. That has great positive vibes and treated me with warm welcome and made at the food hot and ready. I haven't been to Arby's since a youngen if this be the reach I gome back . I'll accept this type of service everytime.
