Poor customer service. Ordered online pick up, walked in and told the lady my name, she looked through all the orders and stated “ the order hasn’t come through yet” about 5 mins go by, she didn’t even bother to check and see what was going on with my order. Another lady walks up, appears to be a manager, ask for my first name and then last name in which I provided, then told me my order was on the shelf as she rolled her eyes like I was inconveniencing her! So why didn’t YOUR employee take 2 seconds out of her day to tell me that exact thing 5 minutes ago!!?? Instead, I get “ the order hasn’t come through yet” without a care in the world. Im the one who stood there quietly and politely while being ignored until somebody decided they were tired of looking at me and finally assisted!! Wasted my time but I get that attitude?! Laughable

Their quality has gone down hard. But their prices went up. The fish sandwich was good, but the roast beef was barely edible. Staff was nice though.And their hours? 8pm lobby hours?! You're open till 12am. Cutting your hours means I can't go there after work now. You want to be cheap, cool. You'll do it without my business. I have to drive 15 minutes just to get to you. Not worth it anymore.

I don’t know why I keep giving Arby’s via Door Dash/Uber Eats a chance. Every. single. time. I do, something is missing or wrong. You can’t have a signature Arby’s Roast Beef sandwich without Arby’s sauce and horsey! Even when I order extra to be sure I get any at all I STILL receive my order without any sauce. The fries-both curly and crinkle cut were (as always) cold and hard. My Dr. Pepper was supposed to be a Coke. By the way, I hate Dr. Pepper. We also didn’t receive napkins or straws with our order. I’m one of the few people who love Arby’s but I am done with this location.

I was there today, 2/8/24. Went threw the drive through. Waited almost 12 minutes for 4 sandwiches. Asked me to pull up and wait. Employee finally came out with my food. There was 10 ketchup packets in the bag, I didn't ask for ketchup, I asked her if there was Arby's sauce and horsey sauce, I told her I asked for the sauce, she walked back in and I overheard her say ( don't we have an attitude) and I said no you have an attitude. Manager needs to straighten her out. Didn't catch her name. Never going back there. I'm sure other people have had the same experience. Find another Arby's Please.

Ordered, they were missing items, didn’t give a receipt went back to get my missing item and looked at me like I was lying. I just left. Didn’t want to even bother. I was on my work break didn’t have time for them to “find my order”.

I spoke to someone on the phone, to see if they had any key chains left. They only had two so I asked if she could hold on to one cuz I could be there in 10 minutes. Very courteous on the phone. When I got there I told her who was and she happily gave me the keychain. We talked for a minute, very good employee. I will absolutely go back to this store.Parking: The only thing or the parking spots or not the same, some were straight, while others angled.
