Ash is hands down one of the best dining experiences you will have anywhere! The food is beyond impressive and there is nothing on the menu that disappoints. Ask to sit at the Chefs table and Seth will make sure you are well taken care of and even surprise you with some freebies to ensure you get to try a good variety of the menu items. They were friendly and fun as we celebrated a family birthday. Ash made it the most memorable!!! I can't thank them enough and will be back soon!

Food was tasty pasta was great but they switched the marsala chicken to a new breaded chicken that was not good at all but everything else was great just a bit too pricey. Service was top notch

What an absolute amazing dining experience. Chef Seth was a delight. His food was delicious with multiple layers of flavor all complimenting each other pain I would have normally posted pictures of the food, but I was so immersed in enjoying the taste of everything that I didn't even have a chance to snap a photo. Highly recommend going and just immersing yourself in all the delicious food. The service was impeccable was a all-around amazing dining experience. Would definitely suggest you get in while you can before their reservations are booked a year in advance. This is a new hotspot for Tampa.

Celebrated a late birthday at Ash the other night with the bestie. Server was awesome and very knowledgeable about the plates we ordered. She was excited that we wanted to try a variety of things. We ordered the chicken liver mousse, the eggplant, the pork, roasted chicken, and the pistachio pesto pasta. While everything was a delicious ballet of flavors, my favorite was definitely the chicken liver mousse. The juxtaposition of the liver mousse with the sweet tart blood orange marmalade was perfection. She had an espresso martini and I had the Mela Of My Eye. It might throw people off because of the word “vinagre” but it's surprisingly crisp and refreshing. All in all it was a great experience. Don't be afraid to try things! Can't wait to go back!
