Easily the most beautiful restaurant in Tampa. Everything is delicious, the service is impeccable, the knowledgeable staff is so friendly and helpful. We will always come back to Ash! Thank you for a great experience!

Customer service was great. Honestly the best part was how nice our waitress was. The food however was okay but not great, especially for those steep prices. Honestly you are better going off going to Boulon if you’re in the water street area, or driving to Olivia for some delicious pasta and upscale ambiance. Would not go back and I could have lived without trying this place. If I could have my money back I would.
Simply fantastic!! Maya was our server - gave great recommendations... she was the type of server we enjoy.. where we can glance at the menu but point all of our questions at her. Phenomenal experience all around! The food was so beautifully plated and tasted even better! It was our first time having the fried rabbit and it was to die for!! It’s so fun to order different dishes and experience different flavors that you may not have tried before!!

The four of us had one of the best dinners we have had in Tampa. Unusual and varied menu, cooked perfectly and excellent service!
Parking: Parking was simple, right across the street from the restaurant.

I just went here for the first time last night. The portions are way too tiny and costly for what you're getting. I was trying to eat my food super slow so I would get full because the dish was so small. Realistically I could have finished it in 2 minutes. It cost over $300 for 4 people for 2 apps, 2 drinks, and 4 meals. The charcuterie board wasn't balanced in my opinion - too much meat, mustard, and honey and not enough crackers/cheeses. The fried artichokes were like buried in toppings that you couldn't really taste them. I got the conchiglie pasta which tasted amazing, but again, the portion was so so SO small. I could have eaten double - and I get full pretty easily so that's saying a lot. Our waiter was very nice, but me and my friend got our food about 10 minutes before my other 2 friends did, so by the time their food came out, we were already done. I think everything should come out at a similar time. I think if this place made the portions bigger and you left feeling full, I would feel more positively about this spot.

We had a large table and service was all over the place, unorganised, although the female staff were very sweet, the male had a lil attitude. The food also wasn’t up to standard, toast was burnt, artichokes were over-fried greasy, all entrees were cold but oysters were too warm & needed more flavour, pasta was tasty but again it was lukewarm. Cocktails were disappointing. I think this place could be good with some work/training.

Walk past this place and go eat at yard house. I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. The food was overpriced for what we received—portions were shockingly small. To make matters worse, everything was incredibly salty and yet somehow still managed to taste bland. I had high hopes, but the quality didn’t match the price at all. I won’t be coming back.

In a time where so many others are suffering, I've been struggling with enjoying my birthday week. However, last night I had the first of 4 dining experiences that I scheduled for myself this week. Tanner & I went to Ash restaurant in Water Street Tampa, partially to celebrate my birthday but also to visit their Executive Chef, who is also a long-time friend and fellow service industry worker.
To say that this was a magical and memorable experience- would be an understatement. From being sat at the Chef's Table, to the stellar service, to the breathtaking decor and ambiance, to the superior beverage program, to the delectable food menu, and to the after-dinner cocktail experience at their sister concept, Alter Ego- this was truly an unforgettable fine dining experience.
I will be telling all of my friends to go.

Would’ve rather eaten at Olive Garden. Overpriced and mediocre. Nice waitress, slow cooks and service.
