I liked this new restaurant in the Northdale area. The atmosphere was nice inside and they have a variety of options on the menu. We were there for lunch and ordered the All You can Eat Hibachi. We started with appetizers, miso soup and salad. The place was empty but I had to waive down the waiter to remind him to bring us our soup. Overall, the food was delicious and I would give it another try.

Be prepared to wait, 20 mins for a server to even take our order. Then over 1 hr 15 mins to get 4 basic sushi rolls. The server never came to our table in that time to replace and drinks. We've been here a couple times and the wait time has got worse.

Great find. I’m very impressed with the quality of the food, the sushi was sooo fresh and tasty I was pleased, then when the apps and the filet mignon & chicken hibachi came out I was thrilled, it was so much food and tasted so much better than Kobe steak house. Nice private atmosphere, our servers name was tin he’s a very cool guy, strong man of faith and represents the resturant with class.He was ontop of everything and made our dining experience wonderful. I will be bringing my 13 member family over to eat here from now on instead of Saki or Kobe. And I will ask them to ask for Tin. Very good genuine guy

We had dinner there last night around 8pm, right after we walked in there's 5 more parties walked in, it was only one waitress working, I understand she was busy but she was rude when we learned about the $30 all you can eat option, she right away told us only can order one at a time, we end up had 2 appetizers and two entrees ,which is not worth the price, we also ordered a sushi roll it was nasty, they used regular rice instead of sushi rice which made the roll very mushy, bad food experience and felt very unwelcoming .i went to this place when they first open ,seems like they are going downhills

Today is January 18. Order Pad Thai to go. Not a bean sprout to be found.
We ordered 3 items, all of which were sub par. The worst was the Sushi - it was the most tasteless sushi we've had in a very long time. Gas station sushi is usually better. Next - Drunken noodles, which wasn't the worst, but let's just say Panda express makes better noodles than that anytime. Lastly, dumplings - We confirmed when ordering that we want steamed dumplings, not fried. You guessed it, we got the fried one. I told the waiter thats fried. He gave me a weird explanation why it was steamed, not fried, even though you could see the crunchy sear and the oil on it, lol. I mean we don't hate fried, so I didn't argue. But none of the orders came correct.

What a completely odd experience. As an initial matter, food was terrible. Honestly, some of the worst I've ever had. Walking in to a nearly empty restaurant on a Thursday I ask the host how he's doing. He replies, "been better." Um, okay. That may be true but in service just say "Good thank you." We're not friends, I'm a customer and I don't need that low vibration gloom. Second, I order soup & avocado salad. Salad comes out first. Same guy that was host proceeds to tell me how much he hates avocados. Again, I don't need to know this. Stop being weird. About 20 minutes later my soup comes out. The grossest I've ever had. He says, "sorry it took so long, I'm training people in the kitchen." Alright, so the host is the waiter is the kitchen cook trainer? I don't know man, something is off. And the only other kid working was wearing clothes you'd skateboard in. After he brings the only other guests there food I hear them ask him a question and he replies, "Um, I'm not actually working right now, I can't do that." Then he proceeds to sit at the bar and eat food. What in the world.....

Extremely rude. Take your money elsewhere. We walked in looking for dining service and the host told us to sit where we'd like. We wanted to see if they were doing the all you can eat dinner and he just said "maybe". I said I'd like to know if they're doing it before sitting down and he just said "maybe", so we left. Not spending time playing their stupid games, especially after they don't answer phones.This was our fourth visit here. First two were excellent, third had bad service, and we wanted to give another chance and was met with this. Unacceptable.

I went to this place on Saturday. We were waiting to be seated for 10 min. And then we were told to just sit anywhere. We sat there for 10 min. We were not offered menus, or told that someone would be right with us.. We left. Customer service is horrible there!!
