We were visiting my family and needed a quick pick up dinner so decided to try this place last night after hearing SO many good things!! We were hesitant because it's a chain but it really impressed us. The steak cheesesteak I got was sooooo good!! I added in the hot cherry peppers which was a bit spicy but still manageable. The sandwiches are very good. Cole turkey and Italian were what we ate. The young man who made the sandwiches was a delight, so pleasant and informative about everything. Made you feel very welcome.

Picked up a to go order of a half Wagyu cheese steak and a half Wagyu Slaw Be Jo with chips and one soda. We've picked up take out with similar orders before. Overall the food and service are good but a couple of times there were only 2 teens working that were less interested in customers, and lacked attention to detail, such as the au jus missing from a French dip.
