Great food, I have been a fan since growing up in Delaware where they started. The only problem I have is that my bill had a "Tech Fee" that I realized afterwards. Terrible business practice to call that out on a bill, build it into your cost and let me make a decision on the cost of your offerings. Never in my 52 years have i seen a sneaky extra charge like this on restaurant/food bill. I probably wont frequent again just because of that silliness.

I'm done going here... First... this was the third time out of three times that they did not have enough meatballs to fill a large sub.... they had a problem with the POS system... they wanted to charge me over the phone for my order instead of me paying for it when I picked it up... that I guess I can understand but they would have charged me for something they couldn't provide because they didn't have enough meatballs! THEN, they TRIED to make it right by making half a meatball sandwich and half of a different sandwich and told us they weren't going to charge us... but ended up not only charging us for the large meatball sub we never got AND the half SUB they gave us. The Philly cheesesteak was absolutely delicious... until it was ruined by hard cartilage or bone 3 bites in a row... that's one thing I can't do so I wasn't able to finish my meal. The sandwiches are overpriced and, maybe it's just this location, but super disappointing. It's a shame because flavor-wise, they are decent. The interior vibe is nothing fancy. It's about half the size of a Subway. It's like they definitely want you to order and leave.

Picked up a to go order of a half Wagyu cheese steak and a half Wagyu Slaw Be Jo with chips and one soda. We've picked up take out with similar orders before. Overall the food and service are good but a couple of times there were only 2 teens working that were less interested in customers, and lacked attention to detail, such as the au jus missing from a French dip. No one wants to have to go back to a restaurant after just having picked up an order. Will likely continue to order on occasion but not as regularly as we would if the consistency were spot on. Other than those two occasions, everyone has been friendly and helpful. Price range given reflects using a CAP rewards, which is helpful to participate in.

We were visiting my family and needed a quick pick up dinner so decided to try this place last night after hearing SO many good things!! We were hesitant because it's a chain but it really impressed us. The steak cheesesteak I got was sooooo good!! I added in the hot cherry peppers which was a bit spicy but still manageable. The 2 men working were so friendly and patient with us as we decided what to get! I will definitely be back. There are a few tables if you decide to eat there but we took ours to go.

First time stopping here for dinner. It wasn't too crowded. Most people coming in were picking up to go orders. Food was really good! Had the classic cheesesteak and flat fries. Didn't wait long at all after ordering to receive the order. Food was made fresh, hot and brought to our table. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the young man behind the counter, but he was extremely nice and helpful with great customer service skills. He advised us on some of the sandwiches, answered our questions, offered advice, and followed up to ask how we liked them. Even offered a suggestion for next time. Don't let him go!
My co-worker and I stopped into Capriotti's while in Northdale for lunch the other day and I can say, we will be back time and time again. The two young men that were working there are rockstars. Both welcoming, kind, and hardworking. I ordered a Philly with hot peppers and it was delicious! So happy to see a place that has "hot peppers" that are actually spicy. The food was great, but it's the staff that sets this place apart from, well, most fast-dining restaurants in this day and age. Highly recommend!

Whenever we stop in it’s the same two guys working and they are super polite and very friendly! The sandwiches are amazing! My son loves the steak and cheese, my husband gets The Bobbie or the Classic Italian, and I’ve had the Balsamic Chicken Salad and the CAP’s Chopped Salad, we all LOVE the fries, it’s all made to order and amazing!
