I have to say that the lady was very nice. Even though the soda machine was down she wasn't letting that stop her. I got a cup of the bites and they cooked perfect.

I work near this store and always come and buy something but there's one girl that although she greets I always get subpar food/drink quality. Today I get their new oreo pretzel and it barely had any oreo bites and most of the pretzels were dry. I asked did she put any sauce on it. She said she did but the one I had the other day was how it was pictured and Good quality. I gave her the benefit of doubt and took them but I bit into one and saw that only two nuggets had bites n a Lil sauce on the bottom of the cup. I asked for a refund she said she wasn't train which is understandable but literally all she had to do was to offer me what was advertised i paid almost 8 dollars for dry unappealing bites.

Purchased a pretzel and left the mall. Took a bite and it was dry. I took the pretzel back the next day for a replacement. The Caucasian young lady with black rimmed glasses and no name tag refused to give me her name and also told me that since was purchased the day before she wouldn’t replace it. Reported to corporate. I was told that I would get a call from the manager, however no one responded. I will not purchase anymore pretzels.
Nasty burnt pretzels at the end of the night. Were rude when I asked to have my pretzels switched out to hotter ones from under the lamp even though they were already closed smh. I see why they have 2.3 stars. Smh. They looked like new employees & they already need new employees. ? The guy was extra rude to my elderly mother saying oh well their all like that. & the manager didn't make it any better with her nasty attitude.

I was racially profiled and accused of stealing by Memphis J please review the tape. That location's phone number is disconnected. I was told by Memphis J to taste one of the many pretzel bites to see if they were fresh and if they were not fresh, she would make me some fresh ones. I tasted one and stated that they were not fresh. I would like fresh ones. She said okay. It would be 8 minutes. And she took the original cup of pretzels away. I stepped away from the counter once I came back to the counter she proceeded to ask me where the previous cup was.Did u take them and eat them. she accused me of eating the pretzels that she took away Then she said well. I don't remember what I did with them well u shouldn't accuse people of taking and eating something. If you don't remember, that's not right! And she gave me a really small cup not the previous cup that I had tasted from and paid for. I don't deserve the treatment and disrespect

No urgency, line a mile long 3 workers standing around and talking wile one guy was making pretzels. Watched pretzels get thrown away because they were not sold in time. Took 15 to have 3 people served with items that were ready. If this was my business I would demand better from my staff.... Be ready to wait in line, it's going to be a while...
