Ordered a pizza online at 9 am for pickup at 5:15 pm. When I got there they told me it would be a 20 minute wait as ours was 3 tickets back. I asked why it wasn't ready and the guy called me a "Karen" and laughed. Will not be back again.

one suggestion, wait staff (J) needs to know her beer and types. telling us who makes the beer just isn't enough, you need to know the style of beer you sell. you only had 10 on draft, it shouldn't be that hard!
