The food is good, service is bad. Very pricey, way more options in the food court but if you have an urge for phillys then fine. You will pay a lot though, and just realize its not very friendly. Closer to $20 for a person here if you want a large sub. And I don't know why but you have to ask for their seasoning now, what's up with that? They used to pride themselves on that chipotle seasoning or whatever. Now they give you unseasoned fries and sandwiches unless you do it yourself.
There weren't too many options that caught my interest at the mall until i saw the Kentucky Bourbon Cheesesteak sandwich. I figured it would be worth the try. There weren't many customers in the food court but a lot of them had one thing in common... Charlie's Cheesesteaks. I ordered and received my meal fairly quickly. The cashier was nice enough to let me try their lemonade because i was debating between that and a soda. So glad i chose the lemonade. It was refreshing. Not bitter...read full review
