Everyone is so rude. Not sure what the issue is but seriously get off your phone and take an order without an attitude. Then you get mad when we say we’ll wait for you guys to make an original plain pretzel seeing you have none made. All 3 employees were rude and so unhappy. Won’t ever come back. Wasn’t even busy but sure made us feel like we were in the wrong for ordering.

Not bad at all considering it's a kiosk inside the Citrus mall with two Auntie Anne's - one is by Kay Jewelers and the other one is by Sears. Today was International Pretzel Day, so I had to stop by to get my freebie on Apr. 26th. They were all out of their Cinnamon Sugar & Salt/ Butter Whole Pretzels, so I was able to get Pretzel Bites instead. These came out warm from being heated and I believe they're made fresh daily so when they run out - that's it for the day! Customer service is OK - I did come at the end of the day and could tell I was irritating her... My hubs liked the Mustard Pretzel from WOB better compared to Auntie Anne's whereas I prefer Auntie Anne's when it comes to chains!

Love me some pretzels!!!! Love the almond one and my daughter loves the cinnamon sugar. During the Christmas holiday season they had frozen hit chocolate which was O-M-G to die for!!!! Haven't had frozen hot chocolate since Serendipity in NYC do it brought back so many memories. I literally went at least once a week to get some. Signup for their rewards program and now you can even place an order through the app.
