5-20 used the T-Mobile free auntie Anne’s pretzel reward. Went to the location by Macys since the one by Dicks ran out.
I went to the little stand and there was 4 people working there. I again got the bites. This time they was little burnt on the bottom and no butter on top and very and I mean very little salt. I got 2 cups and between the 2 it might have had 1 to 2 pieces of salt on each and some had none. And they just came out of the oven.
I went to the one in the citrus park mall. The manager Pae made me feel like I was worthless. I usually don't write reviews on bad service but this one bother me for a little. I don't and will not go into detail. Money spends the same at other places.
Update hours…stood there for 30 minutes making calls, and finally left at 10:40.
Please tell me if I ordered sugar or pretzels because I cannot tell. This is from Auntie Ann’s Kiosk in Citrus Mall.

The stand outside of JCPenney's is the one I went to. Tim was amazing. Did a great job filling our order

No plainly made pretzels bits? It's pretty sad that you have to wait 30 minutes to get plain pretzel bites with no butter.

I was last Saturday at the location in the Citrus Park Mall near elev8 and was very well attended, I was served by two youths named Karol and Luis, I think. In 1 minute I had my order taken and served and they are very nice to always ask if I would like to have my receipt. Five stars

Pretzels were greasy and have now given me indigestion. It's a sad thing to think that this company or franchise has gone down the tubes.

Lex, Pae and Tony we’re absolute Rockstars. They gave me extremely fresh and delicious pretzel nuggets and their professionalism and personalities made my experience so much better. Will definitely be back for more.

Everytime I visit this place , no matter if they have a long line , the employees always seem like they are having a good time working there . Not to many places I’ve gone to where the staff is happy and smiling and having a great time . My favorite thing to get is the mini dogs , the best thing on the menu . Keep doing what you’re doing ! And a big thank you to the girl with the bun , she works too damn hard .

Every time i go yo this location of Auntie Anne near JcPenney, the staff are always rude. They don’t smile, they are being a Karen all the time. Just today, an older woman was there 3/23/2024 11:50AM - i bought hotdog and pepperoni with the sauce and before I pay, i asked her if its okay to remove the salsa because i changed my mind and she became rude. I was nice to ask her but action was rude and mean.

Over $7 for just a (dry& burnt) pretzel! Doesn’t even taste like anything even with the extra cup of cheese!
