The food is excellent. The service is just mediocre. The prices are out of control though. There’s no way a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant should be $10 and a bagel with cream cheese $7 🥴 Talk about #InflationNation

I have been to this bagel shop many times, though the people are nice enough they don’t like for you to make adjustments to your order such as- cook things longer or not as long, warm things etc. It’s one particular young girl with curly hair in particular, she’s there what seems like everyday, her attitude is very poor you will know exactly who she is when you walk in. If it wasn’t for my wife I wouldn’t go back. For a 10$ sandwich I should be able to say I want my eggs cooked well or add salt and pepper without it seeming like I’m speaking a foreign language just because they don’t want to take time out on each individual customers order.

I just left there right now on Sunday at 1:45 PM. Adam made me a garlic bagel with over medium eggs with all the trimmings I wanted. The bread was so crisp and airy instead of thick and sticky and everything was fresh. It’s so good. The latte with the steam milk was perfection very well balanced, and finally the price was worth every bit of my heart earned money. A young lady came in for a latte and a muffin who works there regularly. lol i’ll definitely be back again

The only truly good bagels around. I've probably tried about 10-15 other bagel stores in the Tampa area over the years, and none of them compares to Bagels Plus. True NYC bagels. And they have scallion cream cheese.

Now a days it seems friendly customer service is hardly offered? Especially in newer restaurants. 😩 the people at Bagels Plus have always been cordial and engaged which I can TRULY appreciate!! Just to hear a young person at “good morning” seems like a things of the past so thank you BP for making customers feel welcomed.
