This was our first time at Flaming Mountain and it was very good! There is a lot to try and the portions are perfect for sharing. We got the Tofu soup, Bao buns, squid, pork belly, corn and lamb skewers. My kids liked the buns and pork belly the best. The staff was very friendly and helpful with ordering. Already looking forward to coming again!
The food is amazing, we got the lamb, beef, and pork belly skewers, and also the small yellow croaker and the steamed buns, everything was perfect and juicy, paired perfectly with rice. Would absolutely go here again, the staff was so nice and helpful when we ordered.

It would be great if the Guobao Pork could be made more authentic. Referring to the Harbin method, it is recommended to use more white vinegar and less soy sauce to create a unique and spicy taste.The stir-fried green beans and ground three delicacies are stable, and the dishes and taste are good.
