It would be great if the Guobao Pork could be made more authentic. This was our first time at Flaming Mountain and it was very good! There is a lot to try and the portions are perfect for sharing. We got the Tofu soup, Bao buns, squid, pork belly, corn and lamb skewers. My kids liked the buns and pork belly the best. The staff was very friendly and helpful with ordering. Already looking forward to coming again!
