Ordered 2 qt of pre packed ice cream and I get one individual scoop of ice cream. I go to this Dunkin daily. Sometimes twice a day in the mornings. For coffee and people can't tell the difference between two quarts, our two pints and a scoop

The store is bright and clean. The staff was wonderful helpful and very kind. I did not give 5 stars because the cake I ordered was underwhelming. The cakes are very small and the scoops were a bit wonky. It isn’t ice cream sandwiches on the cake but Oreos filled with ice cream. All around I think the store itself is nice and so are the employees but the cakes the company offers aren’t worth $50 they’re too small/short.

Ordered a milkshake one morning about 2 Saturdays ago, & it was 90% ICE! I've had milkshakes from other locations many times & had just assumed perhaps the icecream needed to thaw out, but upon further examination when I arrived home, it was indeed almost all ice (no cream).It is already overpriced at 9$, & this was not worth 2$. Extremely disappointing & I will not be returning.

I ordered a milkshake from them to Uber eats, never order their milkshakes ever! They are just milk it’s so watery!

Just went through drive thru and only had glazed donuts apple fritter, and Boston cream. All though 6:45 pm I bet Krispy Kreme would have donuts....I'll never go back...

Ordered a two scoop chocolate sugar cone tonight and when they brought out to me, there was one smaller than normal scoop on a cone. When I said I had two scoops, he (very politely I will add) told me the 2nd scoop was inside the cone. That is not how that works (a scoop does not fit inside a sugar cone, just a waffle cone). I mentioned I have been buying BR31 ice cream since I was 10 year old (50 years) and that was not two scoops. He offered to show be the scooper. I said no thanks and drove off in disgust without any ice cream. Nice kid, ridiculous serving.

Ordered a large milkshake and a 2 scoop bowl. It’s 9:00PM on 1/24/2023The quiet, skinny kid with jet black hair didn’t even greet us when we asked how he was doing. He then proceeded to give me 2 miniature spoon fulls of ice cream and blended it with a half gallon of milk. He couldn’t figure out how to use the blender, so he must’ve been new but absolutely horrible customer service and experience. Waste of our time

Very busy. Girl and guy working. Said, "Well be right with you" One rude customer walked in and started cussing at the guy. Associate handled it well. Baskin Robbins... you should be proud of those kids working today. Great place
Terrible place full of addicts, those who work seem to be using drugs and a terrible presence. I ask for a flavor, they give me another, the service is incomplete and with bad form, no. I understand who runs the place

I was excited for the tiger milk boba tea but it was a bit underwhelming. I think with tax I paid nearly 7 bucks for it and it wasn't even full.. The flavor was flat, no flavor to it besides black tea, no brown sugar flavor.. the syrup on it tastes like maple, and the bobas taste like butterscotch, no brown sugar to be found. And only a few bobas at the bottom as opposed to the promo photos with loads of them. Rip offfff

We got a boba tiger milk tea in this hot day, we thought it was going to be refreshing, specially with that vanilla scoop of ice cream and let me tell you, it was below subpart, at best! The tea feels like I am drinking some earl grey tea, the "brown sugar" just taste like a mixture of honey and maple syrup, doesn't feel like there is any brown sugar, overly sweet.The popping bobas, the skin feels dry and inside just taste like butterscotch candy.The pictures shows bobas up to half the cup, we only got like 10 bobas a cup. Very sadFor ~$6 a cup you can just spend an extra few minutes driving to a tea place and get a good quality tiger milk for less and support a local business, Very disappointed to say the least.
