I live within walking distance and i drive 5 miles down hillsborough to the next trThey lack multiple flavors online for this location and have even less in person. Milkshakes take 3-5 buisness days and their always super thin

I just purchased one scoop of butter pecan ice cream. It had no taste and didn’t even melt when I took it outside to eat. It was very grainy and I can only assume it had serious freezer burn. Instead of being smooth and creamy it just broke apart into little hard clumps. Very disappointing.

Ordered 2 qt of pre packed ice cream and I get one individual scoop of ice cream. I go to this Dunkin daily. Sometimes twice a day in the mornings. For coffee and people can't tell the difference between two quarts, our two pints and a scoop

The store is bright and clean. The staff was wonderful helpful and very kind. I did not give 5 stars because the cake I ordered was underwhelming. The cakes are very small and the scoops were a bit wonky. It isn’t ice cream sandwiches on the cake but Oreos filled with ice cream. All around I think the store itself is nice and so are the employees but the cakes the company offers aren’t worth $50 they’re too small/short.

Ordered a milkshake one morning about 2 Saturdays ago, & it was 90% ICE! I've had milkshakes from other locations many times & had just assumed perhaps the icecream needed to thaw out, but upon further examination when I arrived home, it was indeed almost all ice (no cream).It is already overpriced at 9$, & this was not worth 2$. Extremely disappointing & I will not be returning.

Just went through drive thru and only had glazed donuts apple fritter, and Boston cream. All though 6:45 pm I bet Krispy Kreme would have donuts....I'll never go back...

Ordered a two scoop chocolate sugar cone tonight and when they brought out to me, there was one smaller than normal scoop on a cone. When I said I had two scoops, he (very politely I will add) told me the 2nd scoop was inside the cone. That is not how that works (a scoop does not fit inside a sugar cone, just a waffle cone). I mentioned I have been buying BR31 ice cream since I was 10 year old (50 years) and that was not two scoops. He offered to show be the scooper. I said no thanks and drove off in disgust without any ice cream. Nice kid, ridiculous serving.

Ordered a large milkshake and a 2 scoop bowl. It’s 9:00PM on 1/24/2023The quiet, skinny kid with jet black hair didn’t even greet us when we asked how he was doing. He then proceeded to give me 2 miniature spoon fulls of ice cream and blended it with a half gallon of milk. He couldn’t figure out how to use the blender, so he must’ve been new but absolutely horrible customer service and experience. Waste of our time

Very busy. Girl and guy working. Said, "Well be right with you" One rude customer walked in and started cussing at the guy. Associate handled it well. Baskin Robbins... you should be proud of those kids working today. Great place

Terrible place full of addicts, those who work seem to be using drugs and a terrible presence. I ask for a flavor, they give me another, the service is incomplete and with bad form, no. I understand who runs the place
