This place should just close. Want you to use drive through to get ice cream and flavors are not posted outside. The people that have uniforms and walk around inside must have come from the Wendy's that went under. Soon this place will be next.

Make sure you only come to this location if you want to ask five different people for the exact same thing while waiting for one item in the span of 15 minutes because not one person there can actually process any sort of human thought

Went to go to baskin Robins to get some ice cream at 8, but online and on their door it says closed at 10 but the doors were locked. Went around to drive thru and they were ope. But they don't have flavors listed so I didn't know what I wanted.

They have 5 flavors and only 1 girl working both stores, with no one else indoors. The website isn't right for anything at all, hours, flavors, drinks, etc. They don't have table service or inside availability, so if you want anything you have to do, drive thru only, which wouldn't be a problem if they put up a sign telling potential customers. This is a corporate and a management issue, not the poor girl working there. Do better BR and DD, would have been a $30 ticket at least, and you ran off at least 5 other groups in the 15 minutes we were there.
Parking: There is plenty of it, no reason to use it if you aren't just sitting in your car

Avoid at all costs. At least at night. Incompetent and rude. They will walk away to have a conversation with friends. They even told 2 customers in the drive thru to go to another Dunkin where they had more and more options.

They don’t even have the “flavor of the month” although it’s on their website. I have never been able to order what they advertise. It seems as though this franchise owner cannot buy the inventory.
