Baton Roux catered a major event, delivering professionalism and smooth organization. The food, bursting with flavor and originality, showcased the craftsmanship of Alexis, the head chef and owner. Her creativity and bold flavors made the experience unforgettable, leading to weekly deliveries and a potential monthly catering contract. Baton Roux raised the bar and is highly recommended.
