We are from Louisiana and there are only two things we miss. One is family and two is the food. Luckily since we have found Batonroux we only miss family. Batonroux dishes are amazing!!! The amount of food you get feed my wife and myself for two evenings. Can’t wait to find her next week to try another dish! DO NOT PASS THE OPPORTUNITY TO TRY BATONROUX!

I just had the most amazing beignets from this food truck — a true taste of Baton Rouge right here in town! The beignets were perfectly fried, soft and pillowy on the inside with a light crisp outside, and generously dusted with powdered sugar.
