I really love bb.q but it can be hit or miss. When they’re on point and do it right it is my favorite chicken spot. It’s light and crunchy and all of the sauces are incredibly flavorful. But sometimes the boneless chicken can be over battered which makes it super heavy and thick rather than light and crunchy as it should be. It’s still tasty, but not nearly as good.
I gave the service 4/5 stars because it can be a bit of a wait for the food. Some days it’s around 20 mins, which is reasonable. But other days you might have to wait 45+ minutes, and that can be a bit excessive for some people. Once you eat it you’ll see it’s worth the wait, but I want to be honest about it.
Overall, I love this place and go whenever I can. But inconsistent quality and long waits can be an issue.

I’ve never had boneless Korean fried chicken that was just extremely hard fried coating. Barely any meat on the inside.. might as well have just ordered fried flour. 17.99?? For you to give me fried flour on my first and last order is wild. So glad I got my money back. Honestly, Tampa has been the most disappointing place for Korean chicken by far. I wish it looked as good as the photos. It was so neat and pretty looking until you actually got to taste it. Gotta do better.

The food itself is not so bad. Just definitely not a fan. It's the “tried it, cool, not gonna come again” category. Wanted to have the sauce on the side and the girl said “We can't because we don't want people to take a picture and make the food look bad.” interesting response.
Sauce is heavy, the batter is heavy, not much meat, but the meat itself is indeed juicy. 2 stars for the juicy meat.

Restaurant offers no rice, no half and half choice of sauces, no hello, minimal customer interaction, no thank you, order must be placed up by the counter, 20 minute wait time for 8 piece order, and audacity to ask for 18% tip. ?

The wings are good but they are pricey. In addition to the cost they don’t offer dipping sauces or gravy nor does the wings come with any sides. You also can’t choose more than one flavor like most wing places offer. For the price you pay, they should at least offer fries or some sort of side. I don’t think the taste of the wings are that good to justify the price and the lack of value you receive for your money. If they were to offer at least a side I could agree with a higher rating, but quality & value are important to me as a consumer and unfortunately this place does not offer both.

The food was great. Got chicken wings. Service was nice and receptive. The store's located in a market. Typically not a fan of crowded spaces but it was bearable. The store policy within regard to flavors isn't the best but that does not take away from the actual flavor of the wings. My family and I agree that their Boneless honey Garlic is one of their better flavors. We're still in the process of trying the others. Also price wise, their a bit more on the expensive side when you consider the value vs cost as you only get wings with your order no side or drink and You only get one flavor. So all in all we give them a hard 4/5. Overall, The wings are tasty. We look forward to trying them again. In moderation.
