I have to say…my co placed an order for a team lunch the day prior, it was accepted by Beefs and we thought everything was ok until my co-worker that placed the order the day before got notification at 10am the day of that our order was cancelled. Now, remind you our team lunch was at 1130am. There was ample time. This was EXTREMELY POOR customer service and we WON’T be doing business with them again! I’ve dealt with Beefs and I won’t be going back on my personal time. I’m taking my business and corp business someplace else! There is plenty of competition out there.

We were ignored by our server once food was delivered to our table. She was serving 4 other tables and visited them several times. She argued saying she had checked on us once our food was delivered, this was not true. The only time she came to our table the second time was to see if we were ready to order. Our beverages were empty and she passed our table to check on others and never even looked at us.

Update 2-9-24: I had the worse experience as a 15+ years customer. Almost every empty table were dirty, our table wasn't cleaned, took 30 minutes to order, beer and food came too late, bad fish & chips, no silverware & napkins until I got up and asked, the waitress Allison was not attentive & argumentative. This place was almost empty & dirty! Never seen it like this. 1st time I left no tip in my life. My last 5 years ago review was 5 stars. Is this the same management?-----Always good service, good food for the price, clean and family friendly.

On Friday night I moved up to Carrollwood from a neighborhood off of Hillsborough Blvd and was starving so looked for a place to eat walking distance since I still had the U-Haul so came here since they were open until 11pm. You know how it can be going to a restaurant 35 minutes before closing sometimes which I’ve worked in enough to understand, but the server Allison was attentive and patient. I had fish and chips and the fish was perfectly fried with a perfect texture. I hadn’t eaten at a Beef O Brady’s in several years and will definitely return!

I used to stop by after work long ago. Had lunch Jan 29. Rating of average is kindness. Service mediocre, burger overcooked, fries were at fried in good grease but not great. The lunch special I wanted was not available. Little wonder the workers less than a block away do not frequent the place.

We ordered two orders of the twenty wings delivered, for my sister's birthday today and we're so disappointed in the quality and tastes of our food. Not sure who the cook was this afternoon for this location, but they dropped the ball. The wings were fried so hard and it though we asked for mild sauce, they tasted more like plain wings.Not sure what happened, when we ordered from them the other month, the wings were delicious, so I don't know what happened today. We made the best of it because it was my sister's birthday, but we were very disappointed.

they could care less about the quality of their products just have them another shot after being sadly disappointed a couple months ago and come back that they still haven't fixed their draft system it was actually worse today because it was warm on top of being pressured wrong. The bartender said it's someone else's fault not their problem
