Just left the Bob Evans on Horace Ave. When we arrived, a couple 2 booths away had a white toy poodle that was in the walkway, apparently a "service dog". After we ordered, I went to the restroom. When I returned, the "service dog" was on the top of their table eating food that had been cut into small pieces! Definitely NOT something a "service dog" would be trained or allowed to do! I mentioned this to our server, who has been told they can't say anything since the dog was classified as a "service dog". However, as we later told the supervisor, we would NOT have eaten here if we'd have seen this before we ordered! Very unsanitary for other guests!! We won't be stopping here again! And, from the lack of guests there today, apparently others have experienced this same attitude!

Food tasted like microwaved frozen dinner with instant potatoes, tasteless. The quality is worse than fast food. Reheated frozen everything. Update today: Served a cold BLT with soggy bread. Loaded potato soup is potatoes in a cheese sauce.
Parking: Empty. Could be because of poor quality food.

Visited location, staff very unorganized customer service was slow. Took Awhile to get served. I have to say they get an A+ for Customer kindness. Other locations are doing better in the customer service and Organization Skills.
