I ordered the Salisbury steak for dinner with mushrooms it came with mashed potatoes and a salad the only good part of this meal what's the rolls that were thrown in complimentary and they were freshly baked my Salisbury steak consisted of a burger patty with sauteed mushrooms and onions it was extremely salty and I am a salt lover the mashed potatoes and the gravy were extremely salty as well total waste of money it was my first time ordering from there the only other time I've eaten there was breakfast and breakfast was just okay so moving forward I will not be ordering from Bob Evans ever again

Terrible service from this store. We ordered a premium farmhouse feast, and a three course family meal for Easter. We ordered 3 weeks in advance for pickup on Saturday the day before Easter. We even called ahead to be polite and let the store know we were coming to pick it up. When we arrived they had my wife, 2 year old daughter and 2 month old son sit outside waiting for the food for over 30 mins. She was hung up on and had to call 3 times, then finally unloaded an infant and small child then went inside to get the food. Absolute terrible service for a $275 order. They couldn't care less, and basically said tough luck. Restaurant wasn't busy, not a rush, they just couldn't be bothered. This Bob Evans has gone severely downhill.
The food was good! No complaints there at all! The waitress lady seemed a little annoyed, Not sure why, there were only 3 tables being used. The table was dirty and we had to wipe it off when we got sat down. The couple next to us killed a huge roach on the wall while they ate. But again the food was good.

Hello. We went to the #469 in Tampa. And it was a horrible experience. We had to wait over 1 1/2 hour to get our food. There was on big table and a few small tables if 2 or 4 people. Not packed! There were people going up to fill up or refills of drinks. We ordered eggs, bacon, sausage and French toast. 1 1/2 hours!! Our meal came to us not even hot without French toast. Our waiter who didn't really wait on us said French toast will be right out. Sorry for the wait. We finished our food and waited again! My husband had to go up to the counter to ask about our French toast and my husband brought it back to the table. We have gone several times and had good service. This was horrible. We got up and paid our bull and told the lady behind the counter what happened. She said they didn't tell you there would be a 30 minute wait? No it was and hour and a half!! We paid our tab $31.36! Then I asked for the managers name. I will do a review. That's when she said Xavier do you want to talk to him and maybe he could do something! We said too late. The single tables maybe 3 or 4 with 2 or 4 people were waiting on food. There was No we are sorry from the manager while you wait Here is some banana bread?? It was horrible! District.manager needs to know what is going on at this location.
