This place was an ABSOLUTE JOKE! Zero choice of chicken,only had original style. No other entree's. Sides=hilarious. Choice of cold mashed potatoes,sweet potato casserole,corn or broccoli. None of advertised sides available. Cornbread was as dry as a desert. Soda machine non functional. Had warm bottled drinks with no ice. Staff kept saying "I want to go back on vacation. My legs and feet are swollen. I just work here." Repeatedly over and over. I will never go there nor will I ever recommend anyone does. Ridiculous!!

The lady taking the order and serving through the takeout widow was a little rude, and acted as if she would rather be anywhere else. They did not provide a cutlery set.I got a half chicken the skin was inedible and the chicken was dry. The mac and cheese is not as pictured. They served elbow noodles and the flavor was not great.

Please read before ordering. Only location possibly still open in Tampa. As with all the other locations they are barely hanging on. Out of almost everything because vendors won’t deliver due to unpaid bills. Managers are taking daily income to Publix to purchase items to sell that day. Instant potatoes, stouffers Mac & cheese and worse. Also note they have 4 5 star reviews all placed at the same time yesterday by first time reviewers. ?

My husband and I have been going to this location for years. Every time we go in recent times it is a bad experience. Tonight was the final straw. We won’t be back. Sad.Our order was cold, the chicken was dry, they had no options for sides, and the cornbread was…I don’t know what the cornbread was, but it wasn’t Boston Market Cornbread that my family fights over the extra one for. The gravy was not their usual, the packaging was not the usual. It looks like this location or Boston Market is getting ready to go out of business.

So they’re always out of everything. Store cleanliness is questionable especially around the drink station. Received my order in a cookout takeout container. Meatloaf literally disintegrated when I went to eat. This location isn’t worth the frustration. Revamp. ASAP!

They were out of everything so I ordered chicken pot pie, side Cesar salad and drink. Drink machine dosent work. The meal didn't have cornbread, and she said it dosent come with it. When i showed her the receipt that said cornbread she said they didn't have any and i could have a cookie instead. (No thanks) When I received the pot pie, there was a big crack in it & it was ice cold. The "cesar" salad had tomatoes and yellow American cheese on top. (No croutons etc) They replaced the pot pie with an equally gross one and said in regard to the cesar salad "This is what the higher ups have changed it to". They did offer me my money back but I just said it's ok (because I could see they were overwhelmed) I went somewhere else to eat and threw that trash away

Had to come back in line because my extra sides were missing and also no cornbread . Just to find out they don’t have cornbread. If every meal comes with cornbread why not say you don’t have it prior to giving my food and offer an alternative. Just lackluster customer service and value for you money… literally go down one light in either direction and get a better option

I have never been so disappointed by Boston market. They were out of everything, so I ended up with 3 piece dark. Well dark is was, so burnt and dry. The mac and cheese were bow ties and no cheese, there was the smallest breath of gravy on the mashed potatoes, and no cornbread… all served in a styrofoam container like I went to the soup kitchen. Clearly something is wrong at this location and no one cares.

The noodles for Mac and cheese were different and didn’t even look like there was cheese on them. The sweet potatoes looked odd and a strange color. The service was wonderful, very kind people. Terrible experience. Online order and they called me after I ordered everything and paid for it to say they were out of ribs, sweet potatoes, stuffing, and all deserts… this is at 5pm… and then they said they couldn’t return my money… I am having to dispute charge through credit card company. Inside it looks and smells worse than a fast food restaurant. This is supposed to be a step above fast food but I would rather eat fast food any day than this place. Do yourself a favor, and never come here they will be closing soon I’m sure with this customer service

Typically this is our go to Boston Market because it is close by. I ordered online and had my husband pick up only to find out when he arrived that they weren't selling any sandwiches or salads at this location, which were both in our order. Nowhere online with the specific store chosen did it say the items were unavailable. To our surprise we could not get a store credit or our money back since we ordered online. He ended up having to choose something else on the menu that i didn't care for. The food was mediocre & left a bad taste in my mouth. This was the worst experience ever. I will never go back to Boston Market period!
