The worst service and food ever. They didn't have anything ready. The food was very dry and small portions. I think it just that location. The one in Brandon on 60 is wayyyyy better. Never visit that location again. I didn't eat my food.. dry and my green ( maybe spinach ) were sanded.

Wow. What has happened to Boston Market??? We ordered take out from the drive thru for a super quick dinner tonight. What a mistake! I'm not one to give negative reviews but I need to warn people. We couldn't even eat the food. It went in the trash. The chicken was fine- nothing special but no issues. Cornbread- 2 of the 3 pieces were fine. 1 was burnt. Creamed Spinach was always my fav. They only had uncreamed. My daughter opted for mixed veggies which were salty and done cooking about 4 hours ago. They were complete mush. Speaking of mush, the mashed potatoes were a dried out, paste like translucent goo. I'm guessing instant or improperly frozen at some point. Now BM has been known for its Mac and cheese. I don't have words to describe the lackluster dry macaroni coated with orange goop I received. I screen shot the menu so you can see the difference. The icing on the cake is if you try to visit bostonmarket.com or contact through the app, both time out and don't work. We literally couldn't eat the food. It went straight into the trash. Come on Boston Market! You can do better. If you could get zero stars I would have done zero.

This place was an ABSOLUTE JOKE! Zero choice of chicken,only had original style. No other entree's. Sides=hilarious. Choice of cold mashed potatoes,sweet potato casserole,corn or broccoli. None of advertised sides available. Cornbread was as dry as a desert. Soda machine non functional. Had warm bottled drinks with no ice. Staff kept saying "I want to go back on vacation. My legs and feet are swollen. I just work here." Repeatedly over and over. I will never go there nor will I ever recommend anyone does. Ridiculous!!

The lady taking the order and serving through the takeout widow was a little rude, and acted as if she would rather be anywhere else. They did not provide a cutlery set.I got a half chicken the skin was inedible and the chicken was dry. The mac and cheese is not as pictured. They served elbow noodles and the flavor was not great.

Yuck! This used to be one of my favorite places in the area. I hadn't been here in a couple of years, and boy has it gone downhill. Firstly, they have one price on the menu board, but when you go to pay, they charge you a higher price. Secondly, they have much fewer menu options than they used to. Thirdly, the restaurant looks dingy and not well maintained. Lastly, and most importantly, the food was terrible! The chicken was cold and dry, the cornbread tasteless, the sweet potato casserole watery, and the creamed spinach tasteless. So sad to see this Boston Market, which was consistently great for decades, be so terrible.

Please read before ordering. Only location possibly still open in Tampa. As with all the other locations they are barely hanging on. Out of almost everything because vendors won’t deliver due to unpaid bills. Managers are taking daily income to Publix to purchase items to sell that day. Instant potatoes, stouffers Mac & cheese and worse. Also note they have 4 5 star reviews all placed at the same time yesterday by first time reviewers. ?

No corn bread made and no spinach casserole was finaly given to me without anything but just spinach.Sweet potato casserole was watery only had 2 marshmallows with it. Other customers were complaining also.

The workers were wearing street clothes no uniforms, the soda was served in warm cans out of a 12pk. Almost nothing was as expected. I ordered dark meat and got an overcooked leg and a very dry breast. The soda machine was broken, so we served warm cans of soda with a cup of ice - even though we were charged for 21-oz fountain drinks. There was no butter for rolls, and the counter staff insisted that they had never had red potato wedges even though one of our party had eaten at this restaurant in the past and had ordered them. In fact, it was why we chose to come here. The counter staff was unprofessional and argued with several customers as they came through the line. Definitely don't feel the need to return.

My husband and I have been going to this location for years. Every time we go in recent times it is a bad experience. Tonight was the final straw. We won’t be back. Sad.Our order was cold, the chicken was dry, they had no options for sides, and the cornbread was…I don’t know what the cornbread was, but it wasn’t Boston Market Cornbread that my family fights over the extra one for. The gravy was not their usual, the packaging was not the usual. It looks like this location or Boston Market is getting ready to go out of business.

So they’re always out of everything. Store cleanliness is questionable especially around the drink station. Received my order in a cookout takeout container. Meatloaf literally disintegrated when I went to eat. This location isn’t worth the frustration. Revamp. ASAP!

They were out of everything so I ordered chicken pot pie, side Cesar salad and drink. Drink machine dosent work. The meal didn't have cornbread, and she said it dosent come with it. When i showed her the receipt that said cornbread she said they didn't have any and i could have a cookie instead. (No thanks) When I received the pot pie, there was a big crack in it & it was ice cold. The "cesar" salad had tomatoes and yellow American cheese on top. (No croutons etc) They replaced the pot pie with an equally gross one and said in regard to the cesar salad "This is what the higher ups have changed it to". They did offer me my money back but I just said it's ok (because I could see they were overwhelmed) I went somewhere else to eat and threw that trash away
